Probably has something to do with having an organizational philosophy of changing what doesnt work.

Jerry Jones does all he can to keep the out of tune band together rather than aggressively trying to get better.

They are in over their head in that market and they know it.

Many playoff teams are going all out to get better....we are trying to hang on to what has proven to not work.

Lucky us to bear witness to the Jerry Jones ego show......I have a lot of money so I'm gonna take 50 years to prove that I know football.
