What kind of things do you do to keep yourself occupied before the game? Do you go through any gameday rituals, things you normally do on game day? Are you antsy, nervous, overly excited?

This is going to be fun to know how you contain yourself/what you do before the games, have at it!!!!!

None of the above, not like I used to be for the antsy or nervous part.

I would get excited for any game, then get a bit nervous they will screw it up. But not anymore, I just want the game to start and stay relaxed.
Now if it is a huge game, such as if we got to a NFCCG, I then may feel different.

I used drink out of the same coffee mug each Sunday if the win. They lose, I switch to another cup. But stopped doing that last year.

No game day rituals or gear.

Man I used to wake up and be amped up. I would watch the pregames, watch predictions etc.

Now that im older with kids, I simply turn in at game time and shut it off when it’s over lol

Im about to go cut my hair and beard fade. Then im gonna jog a mile, (that's all, I hate running.) then go to the gym and lift. That part will be enjoyable and I'll wear my lucky Cowboys knee high socks. I get compliments on the socks every single time. Lol. Then I'm heading home and ill be making stuffed mushrooms. I have to mount my daughter TV and a mirror today at some point. AND I need to do some dading and make sure she's kept up on her school work. After the game I'm supposed to take the wife out to eat. Then I pass out with a victorious full belly and a tired body, only to take up at 4am for a 24 hour shift.

Basically the quality of my day hinges on a victory. Don't screw me Cowboys.

Not nervous but anxious until kickoff.

Start day with breakfast of champions.

th

NEVER shave (learned that one from Jay Novacek).

Always wear same gear as last week if they won. So today with be something different.

Of course daily chores need done before kickoff.

Watch the end of the game before us and pray it doesn't go into overtime so I don't miss the kickoff.

Otherwise just try to patiently wait (rarely happens) for the game.

I couldn't think of the word (memory sucks) the part where you change mugs up for different games, what is it called, grrr!

I try to get a task out of the way so I can relax and focus on the game. Today it’s taxes. Pretty boring I know.

Right now, I'm working from home on the computer. That said, I do look at the Sunday news sports section to see what games I can view in NC.

It's only a game that I don't play myself.

I'll be mowing a back field in a couple of hours.

Nice. Run 2 miles a day. In my younger days I’d run 1/2 marathons. Knees can’t do that anymore. How about you?
loooooooooooool exactly what I do, I've shaved a minute off my time since the beginning of the summer, I must have been speed walking or something. I'm not sprinter, but it takes me about 20ish minutes to get the 2 miles in. My record I broke on labor day this year I actually ran 5.25 miles (non-stop!)
