Man I used to wake up and be amped up. I would watch the pregames, watch predictions etc.

Now that im older with kids, I simply turn in at game time and shut it off when it’s over lol
This....mine are 9, 7 and 3...too much going on with them and keeping the house running to spendnmuch time outside of the game window

What kind of things do you do to keep yourself occupied before the game? Do you go through any gameday rituals, things you normally do on game day? Are you antsy, nervous, overly excited?

This is going to be fun to know how you contain yourself/what you do before the games, have at it!!!!!
My oldest brother says mass on zoom for the family. Many of my cousins from Mexico attend as well as my brothers and dad. We've been doing it for about 4 years. Always nice to see family about 40 of us get together every Sunday. Technology came a good thing.

Most factual post of the day.

We win and I’m always super happy and on cloud 9. With a loss I’m usually a grump for about an hour

Yes, if we lose its all a loss. Lol. I'm a sick man.

About 5 minutes before kick off, I think "ooh, the Cowboys are about to kick off" and then I put the tele on.

nothing wrong with that
Unless you forget the time and it's like crap, I'm missing the game, got to head back home LOL

Small group for church at 5 EST Sunday evening is non negotiable, and if I see a game I can watch that time, will record it, but inevitably I find out the score before hand.

loooooooooooool exactly what I do, I've shaved a minute off my time since the beginning of the summer, I must have been speed walking or something. I'm not sprinter, but it takes me about 20ish minutes to get the 2 miles in. My record I broke on labor day this year I actually ran 5.25 miles (non-stop!)
Well damn! Big time!
