Not antsy. Getting beard cut, shopping for food for the day, dog walk, cooking and then descend into the basement for all day football.
This....mine are 9, 7 and 3...too much going on with them and keeping the house running to spendnmuch time outside of the game windowMan I used to wake up and be amped up. I would watch the pregames, watch predictions etc.
Now that im older with kids, I simply turn in at game time and shut it off when it’s over lol
My oldest brother says mass on zoom for the family. Many of my cousins from Mexico attend as well as my brothers and dad. We've been doing it for about 4 years. Always nice to see family about 40 of us get together every Sunday. Technology came a good thing. What kind of things do you do to keep yourself occupied before the game? Do you go through any gameday rituals, things you normally do on game day? Are you antsy, nervous, overly excited?
This is going to be fun to know how you contain yourself/what you do before the games, have at it!!!!!
Most factual post of the day.
We win and I’m always super happy and on cloud 9. With a loss I’m usually a grump for about an hour
love it!!!!Injurie report, Game conditions, officials for the game. where it's played., Jersey color, Then I prep the meal for the day. I'm the cook for 23 family members on most Sundays.
love it, perfect!!!!!About 5 minutes before kick off, I think "ooh, the Cowboys are about to kick off" and then I put the tele on.
It used to make me want to throw up after a loss, now it's not that serious, sort of amusing at timesYes, if we lose its all a loss. Lol. I'm a sick man.
you're the man!!Not antsy. Getting beard cut, shopping for food for the day, dog walk, cooking and then descend into the basement for all day football.
Unless you forget the time and it's like crap, I'm missing the game, got to head back home LOLnothing wrong with that
Can’t argue with any of those. It’s like you’re spying on my Sunday routine.1-Coffee
2-Food
3-Booze
Repeat 2 & 3 and as needed
Let's Go Cowboys! Let's Go!!!
Well damn! Big time!loooooooooooool exactly what I do, I've shaved a minute off my time since the beginning of the summer, I must have been speed walking or something. I'm not sprinter, but it takes me about 20ish minutes to get the 2 miles in. My record I broke on labor day this year I actually ran 5.25 miles (non-stop!)
Sorry didn't know how to tell you this!!! lol lolWell damn! Big time!
I respect that!!!Unless you forget the time and it's like crap, I'm missing the game, got to head back home LOL
Small group for church at 5 EST Sunday evening is non negotiable, and if I see a game I can watch that time, will record it, but inevitably I find out the score before hand.
And that's a lie!wow, you guys must be all young. I do nothing special. The outcome of the game affects me none.
