why are you or anyone else afraid of him?

guy has ZERO ability to run away from anyone...I am not the least worried about a WR who can average at best 9-10 yds a catch

Mcnabb aint Carson palmer either

Your right mcnabb is'nt palmer mcnabb is 10x better.
And housh knows how to get open he was 1 of the leading recievers this year. And he will burn T.new all over the damn stadium.

I really think Housh just wants out of Cincy and wants to get paid. I'm sure next week he'll say "Ya I grew up being a huge Dallas Cowboy fan"

He's already said that like 6months Ago when we played them. And he said he would love to play with romo.

lol @ this thread.

Folks i live here in philly and the only problem for the eagles is that a week ago joe banner the gm said it that the eagles feel as though they have enough playmakers at wr and they feel as though thats not a problem area.

he said that he doesnt know what made them star the year off soo slow but they are going to evaluate it and hope they can keep up their play from the end of the season.

because vai sikahema was campaigning for a wr hard but banner didnt budge.

vai said that the cardinals are showing why and the 2004 eagles is proof of what they can be with a stud wr.

kevin curtis is getting a good check and they are very confident in desean jackson i think they will pick up a solid #2 guy so curtis can play the slot but the eagles are very hesistant to give players over 30 and close to 30 any big contracts thanks to javon kearse and darren howard( who had to move to dt just to put up ok numbers this year).

i really see the eagles possibly making a run at bart scott or terrell suggs to be honest with you.

because all they have is stewart bradley....that gocong guy sucks and they had an unknown starting on the other side(akeem jordan).

i think they will make antoher splash with a big defensive signing and some o-linemen because trey thomas and runyan are done(but looked pretty darn good at the end of the season).

plus i dont really care because i like newman scandrick and jenkins, especially if we get a ballhawk fs in the draft and move hamlin to strong safety. we can handle whoever they sign.

i hope william moore really drops to us in the second round. i know he had a bad senior bowl but the guy has had a great college career and has good instincts and can lay the wood. and he isnt fat and slow like our#38.

Free agent T.J. Houshmandzadeh says he'd be interested in playing for the Eagles next season.

"If they'll be interested in me, I'll be interested in them," he said. "McNabb is a fine quarterback. He was going to playoff games consistently with Todd Pinkston and Freddie Mitchell (at receiver)." It's worth noting that Housh rang up 149 yards and a TD on 12 grabs in last season's Bengals-Eagles tie.

LOL.

So nothing is real.

It's all smoke and mirrors?

didn't you know?

just like Smith only has most NFL yards rushing due to his line, Aikman and Irvin, Irvin was great only because of Aikman and Smith and Aikman was really Bernie Kosar but he had Irvin and Smith.

I'm still hoping for Boldin.

"WhosYourMomma" is definitely worth taking a look at.

Boldin said "chances are slim" on him returning to the Cards.

Eagles need to give Mcnabb a contract as soon as possible. The faster the better.

Just so the Free Agent WR's don't have to worry about who's going to throw them the passes come next season.

He is the product of Ocho Cinco being double covered...

Just like Romo's numbers are the product of TO.

You may think Housh is overrated, but there isn't a sane Cowboys fan that wants to see him on the Eagles.

Yeah, T.O. posesses Romo's feet when he creates time and avoids rushers in the pocket, then he telekinetically moves Romo's arm to pass well enough to have a QB rating of over 90 every year. Having T.O. obviously helps, but it didn't seem to help Bledsoe or Johnson much did it? Give Housh and Romo credit. They're not Pro Bowlers just because of their teammates. They're a couple of the better players in the league.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Eagles as big players this offseason. The Eagles are reportedly sitting on a ton of cash from their new stadium, which is as necessary as cap space in this economy and probably more rare. I was just listening to Mike Lombardi talk about the upcoming uncapped year, and he was saying a lot of owners are looking forward to it because they won't be obliged to pay the bottom salary limit. If the NFL goes uncapped you'll have the Yankees vs. Marlins situation where some teams outspend others by 10 to 1.

Housh would be dangerous in a West Coast offense

I wish we had a quick-strike passing game, so that we could scare teams too with TO and Roy, who would both be lethal in that type of offense

No, he's not. There is no other way around that.
