Housh would be dangerous in a West Coast offense

I wish we had a quick-strike passing game, so that we could scare teams too with TO and Roy, who would both be lethal in that type of offense

teams were pretty scared of TO for most of three seasons, its why they double and sometimes triple covered him...not sure where you got the idea teams were never afraid of him because of the style of offense

no, it wont

if he gets a clean release and doesn't have to get into vertical routes, it will

I'm not saying never, but they aren't now, and I remember a couple years ago, more teams were concerned about stopping Terry Glenn (Giants '07), Jason Witten and Marion Barber (Patriots '07), than TO

you are outta your mind. CJ is a cancer like Owens is, but CJ is oens more talented and his numbers prove it.

You think because of the system somebody plays it will dicate how CB's line up on him? Every WR wants a clean release regardless of what the system is. He is painfully slow and has zero run after catch skills, that isnt going to change regardless of where he plays.

I dont know what games you were watching in 2007, but Owens scared the crap out of people. The difference between this yr and last yr was he had more success vs double teams, and Romo was healthy most of 2007 whereas he was not this yr.

Also, if you think the Giants were even remotely concerned about Terry Glenn in last yrs playoff game, I think you are really reaching.

You may think Housh is overrated, but there isn't a sane Cowboys fan that wants to see him on the Eagles.

Yeah, T.O. posesses Romo's feet when he creates time and avoids rushers in the pocket, then he telekinetically moves Romo's arm to pass well enough to have a QB rating of over 90 every year. Having T.O. obviously helps, but it didn't seem to help Bledsoe or Johnson much did it? Give Housh and Romo credit. They're not Pro Bowlers just because of their teammates. They're a couple of the better players in the league.

BJ didnt have the nads to throw the ball and give his WR's a chance to make a play. He preferred the check down.

Bledsoe locked in on TG and was obviously more comfortable looking for him than TO.

I will give them credit. Both are 'better players'. I pray Romo can be thrust into Elite status but dont think he will ever get there. Romo cant be compared to the elites because he is too careless with the ball. You cant compare Favre to him and all of Brett's picks because he had a legendary arm.

Housh I have always though was a product of 85 being doubled. Not to take anything away from him, but I just dont think he is that good. He is a good route runner but he is 31 and has already peaked. Some team will overpay for him and I hope its the G-Men or Egals. He doesnt scare teams like TO, Santana Moss or Plaxico does.
