How about Dan Reeves as the OC??

Would it be crazy to name Garrett the Head Coach, and see if Dan Reeves would come on as OC. Kinda of a mentor to Garrett, sorta like Del Harris is to Avery and the Mavs.

That way you don't have the problem of "lame duck" coach in Reeves?

There is no way in hell that Dan Reeves is going to serve as any teams OC. If Jason gets the job, he'll be the OC for all intents and purposes.

I don't know....I mean he's the one that is calling Jerry about the coaching postion here in Dallas. He seems to want to get back into the game....so he might be willing to do it. Just a thought.

I think the only way Dan Reeves goes for that is if he really wants to get his name thrown back out there. He's made it known he wants to be a HC again, and if he thinks that by impressing people as an OC might help he could possibly do it..... However I'm about 80% sure this isn't going to happen, and Reeves wouldn't do it.

Personally, with Haley gone, I expect Sparano to be named the OC is Garrett is the HC.

Bowles as the DC most likely.
