The Cowboys are not a serious team.

You are deep in the 4th quarter up 2 TD's and have the opposition at 4th and 7. Serious teams close out your 3-6 opposition right there. The game should be over.

What happens? They give up a bomb for a TD. That's not what serious teams do.

This team is once again a gang of pretenders. Nothing more

The Packers loss reminds of previous mid season letdowns that foreshadowed the pretender status of this team.

2021 Broncos Game
2019 Jets Game
2018 Tennessee Game

It’s the traditional mid season reminder that this franchise is soft and will get big boy’d when the game gets physical. Just when you start believing THIS year is different, they remind you they will fold like a cheap chair when punched in the mouth.

It’s too early to fold up the tent just yet. Perhaps if this continues we can sound the alarms while stuffing with Turkey.

The amount of finger pointing that has come out of the locker room after last weeks game gives added importance to this game. The pressure is now officially on. If the turnovers happen again and/or the run defense monumentally fails again, things could turn into a real crap show.

Losing a close, hard fought game is not the end of the world. Getting embarrassed again, followed by a week of media and fan speculation of "whose fault it was", just might be the end of the world.

There is obviously some truth to this but didn't they win like 8 in a row after that Tennessee game in '18? I don't like how soft we've become as a team though.. Too damn Hollywood.. there are some tough dudes on the squad.. Zeke, Zack, Tyron, Tank, Wilson, Steele, Micah, Tyler.. but not enough of them to flip the culture especially on defense. I even think Dak is a tough guy physically.. I mean the dude tried to bang his snapped ankle back into place so he could keep playing and kept playing after banging his thumb against Tampa until he finally broke the damn thing on the second collision. I just don't know if he is strong enough mentally to veto Moore when he wants to keep going 5 wide empty backfield in the red zone. Until he takes that step this team is going nowhere.. because it wastes too many red zone trips trying to get cute. And it misses the opportunity to make a statement and impose your will on the defense.

This is pretty much a must win for the Cowboys or the wheels are likely to start coming off. Can’t say I’m feeling real good about their chances. This is one of those games that could get ugly with Minnesota riding high after a big win over Buffalo. The Cowboys certainly can’t be feeling real good about themselves after blowing a 14 point fourth-quarter lead last week. This game will tell us everything we need to know about the Cowboys and their chances for the remainder of the season. The schedule certainly isn’t in their favor with the Giants, Washington, Philly and Tennessee coming up. Even Indianapolis and Houston aren’t guaranteed wins if the Cowboys start falling apart.

It’s amazing how the emotions of this loss has changed the overall narrative of this team .

At 6-2 we still had aspirations of winning the division and top seed with by most accounts looking at no worse than a 13-4 or 12-5 record cruising to a 4th or 5th seed .

Now with this loss there’s a crack in the dam . The bleeding has begun. All of a sudden in this crucial 3 game stretch heading into Thanksgiving this game with Vikes becomes huge .

We need a win over a team that became a legit contender Sunday knocking off the Bills at Buffalo. The Vikes all but have the North locked up with a 5 game lead over Packers. A game they can afford to lose .

This is as close to a must win game for us to regain our swagger we had at 6-2 bringing more confidence home for a big Turkey Day matchup with NY.

A loss to Minn and the wheels begun to come off falling to 6-4 with the threat of falling to 6-5 in a short week . Amazing how fast things can turn on such a hopeful looking season at 6-2.

Cowboys biggest win on the road in Cowboys history . Meaning largest point differential.
