It’s amazing how the emotions of this loss has changed the overall narrative of this team .

At 6-2 we still had aspirations of winning the division and top seed with by most accounts looking at no worse than a 13-4 or 12-5 record cruising to a 4th or 5th seed .

Now with this loss there’s a crack in the dam . The bleeding has begun. All of a sudden in this crucial 3 game stretch heading into Thanksgiving this game with Vikes becomes huge .

We need a win over a team that became a legit contender Sunday knocking off the Bills at Buffalo. The Vikes all but have the North locked up with a 5 game lead over Packers. A game they can afford to lose .

This is as close to a must win game for us to regain our swagger we had at 6-2 bringing more confidence home for a big Turkey Day matchup with NY.

A loss to Minn and the wheels begun to come off falling to 6-4 with the threat of falling to 6-5 in a short week . Amazing how fast things can turn on such a hopeful looking season at 6-2.

It's big. But the game the following week vs NYG is bigger. Need to split these next two, regroup and finish the season no worse than 4-2.

Understandable that a loss like this changes the perception of the team. We thought we had an elite defense. The team was supposed to get better when Dak returned. It just isn't so and it is very disappointing. Now, we have no idea what to expect in MN.

A lot can happen. The scenarios are numerous. You never know what the season holds for us or other teams.

I do know that Philly lost and the Commanders are now 5-5 (I think). Nobody is out of this nfce race. I bet the Philly fans were puking while leaving the stadium.

Wonder if their fans are saying the season is over. Everybody sucks on this Philly team, etc.

Like Rocky's corner man said, "He's not a machine, he's a man. You hurt him"!!!!!!

Pretty big and the Giants game right behind it is just as big if not bigger. I welcome the challenge and look forward to these upcoming games. If Cowboys can pull off these 2 games they will be in pretty good shape. Bottom line Cowboys control their own fate.

This game will be huge until the Cowboys win.. At which point it will immediately be reclassified as beating an overrated Vikings team and no big deal.
To some fans. But to me it’s about the defense. Dak is what he is. This offense is what it is. Nothing to see over there. This defense needs to start tackling against the Viking next week.

Huge game. Either we rebound with a W which sets us up to likely come home and handle business vs NY before the mini bye…

Or we lose on Sun, and TDay is a “throw the kitchen sink” at NY and hope for a W.

Minny will be flying high after their emotional win on Sunday, and Dallas will be coming in with their tail between their legs. Gotta come with their lunch pails on D and get nasty to stop Cook. If we stop the run, we can tee off on Cousins and get some good vibes going.

In a weird way, getting gut-punched like this vs GB might be the wake up call the D needed to circle the wagons and get back to basics.

We will see how they respond.

Are the Vikings really this good? I watched some of that Bills game, and Josh Allen gifted them a TD with that fumble at his own goal line. They're beatable, depending on which Cowboys team shows up.

Not if we don’t tackle. Vikings will stomp us.

This game is massive. I have a feeling Philly is going to go into a little skid. If we lose to Minny we lose that head to head against Philly as well (I think) so this game keeps us on pace with them. If they lose another game and we beat them come Christmas Eve. We are now talking about winning the division and a home playoff game. It all starts this Sunday at 4:25 EST.

Some fans lose their minds, but we're still a very good team and are 6-2. Tough division? Sure, now it is. Throwing in the towel mid-season is weak imo.
While all games are important Conference & division games are huge. If we can beat the Viking on the road after a disappointing lose, we'll be in good shape. It might help the momentum needed for the NY game 4 days later.
They squeaked out a win over Buffalo, so that's impressive. More impressive is if we beat them.

I don't watch any other games besides the Cowboys. I only caught the tail end of that one because me and the boys started drinking before the Cowboys game. lol
Bro. If you watched the tackling in the second half against Green Bay. Dillion was just plowing our guys. That’s all you need to see to know this team can’t stop a nose bleed.

After the GB loss this game is very important to the psyche of the team.

They need to get a win and stop the bleeding on defense. If we are to accomplish anything this season, the run defense is going to have to be fixed.

We could theoretically lose and then win out, therefore decreasing the importance of this game. However, that would be highly unlikely considering.

In fact, if we lose this game, our backs will be completely against the wall vs a suddenly dangerous Giants team, while trying to avoid spinning out of control.

The schedule has set us up to fail brilliantly or become the team we need to be. Our defense will be tested by both these teams run games.

Throwing the towel? Who is throwing the towel? Only people throwing in towels wear a star on their helmet.
