I can't believe they actually reversed the spot. Between that, and picking up the flag because of "taking a flop" I'm pretty speechless.

Not saying they didn't blow calls, because that happens every game. But I'm pretty sure the majority of crews don't reverse that call, or pick up that flag.

They looked at it forever looking for a single angle they could say was inconclusive but they couldn't find one. It was obvious he never got to the 30. They didn't want to reverse it because it would end the game but there was nothing they could do.

I know it's not like it was, but the refs are pressed to keep the game rolling. Back when, I remember every game had 3 or 4 measurements (seemingly). Now if you get one that's a lot.

True, but they hit Harris a few times on the sidelines as well, including one hit to the head that left him on the ground for a minute. No calls

I noticed that the college refs were giving teams the first down if they just got "close enough", but never noticed it in the pros....

This was the worst I've seen by NFL standards. There was no excuse for the way this game was reffed. Every ref in the game should be fired or at the very least investigated.
