How bout dem Refs?

I wonder if they match up times and do split screen shows on the instant replay booth... if they don't then I think they've fallen behind technology on it.

- Fumble prior to the A. Williams TD run was a 7 point swing.

- Terrance Williams deflection where CB was spooning him with arm cupped on his navel before ball was even there. No call.

- Dez was getting hooked.

- Pushoff on the giants go ahead score off of Carr.

- Spot of the ball on that 4th.

- Murray and Harris getting drilled.

- Murray on the screen got hooked too.

All of these were plain as day and the announcers were even baffled.

This was one of the worst officiated games I have ever watched hands down. Yikes.

All I can say is our Cowboys beat two teams tonight. The Giants and The Refs. I could elaborate, but I don't think I have to.:starspin:

That last call was just so inexcusable. That ref marked that play at least a yard further than it should have been. That is a disciplinary offense.

They did the same thing in an earlier game this year. They spotted the ball like a yard and a half beyond where the knee went down. Can't remember which game. But Garrett challenged and we won. The fact we had to challenge it was ridiculous.

This was bad as well. In real time, you could tell he was a half yard short. And the refs were right there but so insistent on marking it at the 30 and getting it snapped. Luckily the booth buzzed down to review. Would have been another horrible call.

I hate griping about refs because they are what they are but they were bad tonight. So many missed calls. Especially the hold on Murray coming out of the back field the very next play after they called Tyron for holding that negated a huge play to Dez. Giants got away with quite a few holds as well.

It's weird we are always on the short end of the stick when we play the Giants with the refs.

Every holding call is a bad break because many hold on every play; DB contact is too inconsistent; Giant receivers push off a lot; they ran pick play for a TD that could have been called; the flop was a new one to me; and my whole family was gathered before the TV yelling to the refs that the ball was short of the thirty. Great game to watch despite Michaels and Collinsworth.

The refs were not good but three 80-yard drives by the Giants speaks louder.

Included in those 3 80 yard drives were some bad calls. The offensive PI on the Giants receiver that wasn't called on their go ahead score, the fumble that wasn't overturned so please stop with the hyperbole and let's get out the WHOLE truth.

I am beginning to wonder if that crew was also the Big 12 crew...because man the big 12 crews really suck.

I can't believe they actually reversed the spot. Between that, and picking up the flag because of "taking a flop" I'm pretty speechless.

Not saying they didn't blow calls, because that happens every game. But I'm pretty sure the majority of crews don't reverse that call, or pick up that flag.

Made up some for them missing the clear first start on the Giants' first TD, not overturning the fumble and missing the hold on Murray right after calling one on Smith that they could have let go.

I had no problem with the lack of offensive PI after rewatching the play because both the corner and receiver were pushing each other.

Hyperbole would be: A 2A high school team composed of physically-challenged kids could have marched up and down the field on this defense at will.

As for the truth, it was clearly stated in my post.

Lots of organized crime in New York ;) The Zebras are always on the take......

Wow, I was buying in to the anti Cowboy pro New York conspiracy theory last night. The league must have sent the refs a message in the 4th quarter and told them it was enough already.
