I can't tell you how great it is to see Texas fall, at least for now.

We were loving it in the Baylor press box.
Are you a glutton for punishment? I guess Baylor hasn't had a lot to be proud of football-wise for a really really long time.

The Buckeyes looked pretty good.

They can thank the good Lord that they don't have to face the Badgers this season......ole Bucky would have Buckeye for dinner.

Hey did I mention how Happy I am about tonights game?:D

Congratulations to the Buckeyes and really hope they make it all the way to the title game. i dont want to sound like im making excuses but if we were to have had a player at QB that actually had some experience and could play then i think that the Longhorns would have won. Too bad Superman didnt come back for his senior year and also too bad Brown went back to his stupid ways that he had before Vince Young almost single handidly led the Horns to the National Championship. Oh well good luck and it should be a big year for the Bucks

Thanks for the Congrats.

No doubt Young could have made a difference.

Felt the same way about Clarett after our National Championship.

Great Game!:toast2:

I guaranteed an Ohio State victory on this very board last week. They're a better team.

Not since Abercrombie and Singletary left and I was at the Cotton Bowl game against Alabama (2-32 I believe and looked like 2-102) so Baylor wasn't proud for long that year either.

The Tight End dropped that TD pass last year.

I think that it's not that Smith just outperformed Zwick but the offense could have gotten a better rthyme with just one QB in the whole game.
I think the tight end had a little help "dropping" that pass.

disappointing game, but that national championship is gonna keep me happy for a long long time, so i won't complain.

anyways, i look forward to watching colt develop. hopefully they won't give him so many "safe" calls like last night. weak.

congrats though.

If Hamby catches the pass the first time and doesn't bobble it...The Texas defender never gets the chance to help him "Drop" it on the second attempt.

No question...But we have to get our run defense fixed.

But there are a lot of new guys starting and we did face 3 very good backs the last two weeks.

Nevertheless...It needs to get better.
