If the suspension holds up. We will be one of four teams to benefit from the suspension. Thoughts?

Don't think he'll get 4 games, but if he does, good for Dallas.

I don't care right now. I definitely will care about two to three weeks before the game though as I will be looking to place some American lucre in positions to grow within my personal gardens, err... accounts.

Only way it affects us is with the Hardy suspension. If they wont budge on the Brady 4 games, will they be less inclined to reduce Hardy's 10 games ? For fear of show favoritism. Does Hardy's case come up before Brady's ? Other then that, I couldn't give a rats a-- about Brady and Pats.

When it's all said and done through the appeals process, I'll be surprised if he's suspended at all.

The good news, if it holds up, is that we'll have 3 games worth of film on Garoppolo who many Pats fans are quite high on.

In before the.....I want to play them at their best....crowd gets in...

But I care somewhat, only because if I'm not in town, my tickets won't sell for as much as they normally would with Brady playing.
And that's not from a standpoint of NE fans paying the higher price. As somemDallas fans may want to see him play as well.

But also Dallas fans may pay, to see a very good chance at a win....

There is no basis for the appeal. The League found that he cheated, they aren't going to budge on that and the fact he didn't cooperate is the difference maker.

Well it for sure makes it an easier game if his suspension holds up? But will most likely be reduced down to 2 or even 0 games.

I seriously doubt his suspension gets reduced at all. For one thing, he and the Patriots failed to fully cooperate with the investigation. He gets suspended on that along cause he refused to turn over his phone and emails. That is in the NFL rules; you must cooperate with an investigation or you are engaging in conduct detrimental to the league. Quite frankly, he was very lucky to only get 4 games. They could have given him that for just refusing to cooperate. They said they factored in Spygate; I don't see how. If there was sufficient evidence that he cheated, he got off very easy. The only reason that someone would refuse to turn over evidence is to not incriminate themselves like pleading the 5th. If you are innocent as you say, you would have no problem turning over the requested evidence.

The arbitrator will ask for the same information that Wells did. If he refuses again, same ending and he will. If they go to court after he appeals, then he is subject to discovery and subpoena. You could end up in jail for refusing those requests.

Well, I adamantly disagree that you should give up your private data, etc to someone over the argument if you're not guilty then why not. But if the NFL and player's union has agreed to play in the NFL you agree to fully cooperate within reasonable bounds then he has to do so.

IMO he got off very lite. The evidence is circumstantial but enough to convict IMO. I'd have given him 8-10 games, fined the Patriots 10M, and taken away their firsts in the next two drafts and probably a 3 or 4 in 2016. It has to really really sting.

There was no way they were giving him a suspension equal to what Hardy got. The blowback from that would crush Goodell's chances in next year's popularity contest.

Don't think 4 games holds up on appeal because "probably" is not clear cut.

I think he knew but they can't prove it and his lawyers will argu that is not grounds to convict
