I don't imagine that there is enough cap room to do everything you proposed. Lets first talk about how to bring "everyone" back. Assuming you restructure Cooper and Law to go along with the restructure for Dak gets you to around 16m in cap space plus the needed cuts gets you to around 30 million. Now you need 5 million for draft picks so lets 25 million to go around. If you sign Schultz that east up half of that. If you sign Kearse that eats up another 5m. It is hard to gauge what the cost of Anger and a new kicker will be so lets assume 5m for the set (which is probably low) and move on from that. I have now used up almost all of the cap space available and somehow there needs to be enough to sign a G, which is probably between 7-9m cap hit depending on how you structure it (likely 8-10 AAV for a solid starter far more if you want the one elite one who might hit FA). You can maybe squeeze a good LB in at a 5m cap hit (7-9m AAV) but again where is the room for this?
Basically there just is not room to resign players AND load up.
I was thinking that all the newly signed players would have low first year cap hits.
Schultz 6 million (Cut Jarwin and its basically a wash)
Gregory 8 million
Kearse 4 million
Anger 2 million
New draft picks 6 million
Free agent Guard 7 million
Free agent LB 6 million
That's 34 million needed for cap space and I've heard Dallas could easily get to $45-50 million in cap space.
