How can you not be passionate for Dak?

That is the worst part about this.

I think if people were free from the incessant comparisons, they might be a little better at being realistic about what they see from Prescott.

The comparison just starts the bipartisan nonsense.

They are “free” from it. It’s a prison of their own making.

Here's how................

Poor footwork.
Poor Accuracy.
Poor Pocket awr.
Poor downfield vision.
Poor pass timing(doesn't anticipate and lead the WR)
Poor Def reads.
Poor arm strength(Has to wind up to throw the long one)
Poor Decision making back there.
Poor Leadership(throws his wr under the bus to save his A@@)
Poor maturity as when sacked he becomes "Panic Dak" and turnovers are numerous!

Not quite sure how to use the word "Passion" when all the above need fixing for our Dak.....
You miss Romo don't you? Here's my shoulder. Feel free to lean.

I dont think there is anyone that questions the things about Dak you stated! Just add the physical tools he would be a complete QB.
The physical tools are all thrre and a 21-10 record in his first two years as our QB isn't too shabby either. I look forward to him creating more fans this year as he matures and takes additional steps up the ladder of success.

To those trying to turn this from a Dak love thread to a Romo thread... Shame shame shame. Romo is long gone. Can we all move on? We can't place a Romo bobblehead out there at QB.

Do I want Dak to succeed, hells yes! Why, because he is Dak? Hells no, because he is the QB of OUR team. Why anyone would want otherwise is baffling. Any number of reasons for that I suppose.

We're not married to Dak yet though. It's the start of our third year relationship and we may be engaged but the vows remain unspoken. Did I tell y'all that I got cold feet once in exactly 3 years of a relationship. This is a key season for young Mr Prescott. Do I wish him well? Hell's yes, see opening remarks

Think you guys miss Romo dang.....again no one answers to Dak's shortcoming you prefer the MUD route.
Well here's a secret come Sept opposing Defenses won't ignore Dak's shortcomings at QB and it will be his guts and our blood getting bashed in on National TV like last seasons embarrassing losses Atl,Eag,Bolts.....
And you can keep bringing up Romo only you know why bud....guess cause its easier than answering to all of Daks flaw's at QB which are ....

What are we going to do with the above and how many years will it take for Dak to improve and shed the above game killing flaw's?

I was passionate about Romo until 2012 against the Commander a win and your in game and he choked it away by playing lousy. All those years Romo would look great at times and then he would do something dumb. Finally got sick and tired of his injuries and mistakes holding the Cowboys hostage. When Dak came along WOW what a breath of fresh air. Didnt have to sit there and worry about every time Romo took a hit was he going to get up. Dak is built a LB and was having a great first season. Then watching those two games against the Vikings and Giants I started to wonder if he is the guy. He looked pretty good against the Packers in the playoff game but their pass defense was ranked bottom in the league. Daks 2nd year and 2nd game of the season the doubt creeped in because Denver shut him and Zeke down. And everyone knows what happened after the Atlanta game. Dak was figured out and I saw no signs of adjustments or ability to make throws past 15 yards into tight windows. The team couldnt move the ball and thats where I see Dak now. Yeah he is nice short ball QB but thats it and thats not gonna get it done if you want to win a SB.
This front office hasnt won a dam thing since drafting Aikman and wont win anything until they move up and draft pedigree at the QB position. I am sick of them trying to find a genie in the bottle because they always end up fascinated with a toy from the dollar store!

That would be great if he turns into the face of this franchise but my eyes tell me to worry about this kids arm strength.

We gave "the other guy" 8 years and came up snake eyes. My hope is FO learned a lesson from that. It appears they have by drafting 2 QB's in the past two years. If we had taken that approach a few years ago (ie after 3 fractured clavicles), we wouldn't have been in such a conundrum in 2015 when "the other guy" went down. But no!! And I digress:banghead:

I've noticed this entire offseason has been about convincing people that Dak is great and Garrett is great.

Those that are truly great don't need propaganda squads trying to convince everyone.

That td pass to Rod Smith was a sign that he starts reading the defense.daks reaction says it all

Yep a classic Dak-Dinker that went for long yards.
Sure he's happy it was a long time since he threw a TD at that point last year and it looks great on the stat sheet for 15 min of fame Dak!

You do realize that copying and pasting the same list over and over again in many different threads, doesn’t make it any more true, right?

That list is your opinion, not fact, and while a few of the criticisms are valid, a bunch of them are pure nonsense.
