I’m trying to decide what’s funnier... Dak slobberers pretending that Foles didn’t stink out the joint in the first two starts of the season to the point where Philly fans wanted to rush Wentz back from injury or Dak slobberers pretending Wentz is having some kind of “bad” season when he’s been better than Dak in pretty much every way imaginable...

Because he's the 2nd best qb on his team which makes Dak the 5th best qb in the division when all are healthy.

Just not in the 1 area that truly matters.

Wentz is garbage early in games (Philly was the worst 1st quarter scoring team in the league) and garbage late in games (zero clutch gene... none).

But in the middle of games, he’s Peyton Manning! They still end up losing, but... wow!

Always believed that Wentz was the better QB than Dak, but Wentz is not a pure pocket passer and Foles is. The receivers love pure pocket passers because they throw timing passes and receivers know where the ball will be. Dak does not have Wentz's accuracy or Foles pure pocket passer ability. Dak is a better runner than either but it is his only real ability at QB other wise just a JAG. You want to be competitive with other teams trying to get to the SB then you have to change Dak or get another QB.

This thread’s not about Dak, but since you couldn’t help bringing him up...

Dak’s a “B-“ grade QB right now, but he’s a winner. Three straight winning seasons is a trend, and Dallas has never had such a great team around him that they’d be able to prop up a crappy QB. See 2015.

Dak has a good defense for the 1st time in his career this year. He doesn’t have a good OL and his receiving weapons are almost all brand new, hence the million check-downs to Zeke this year. That’s not a recipe for much success, but Dak’s found a way to win 9/15 games anyways.

Wentz is a loser. Literally. 2 losing seasons in 3 years. That’s an “elite QB”?

Nick Foles is proving that you CAN’T blame their supporting cast. Unless you think Wentz is very good but Foles is on another level and belongs in Canton someday, Wentz has no excuse.

After all the unflattering comparisons we withstood in the offseason, there’s no reason why we can’t revisit the Wentz topic now that his season needed early again. I don’t get what people are sore about with you bringing it up. Unless it’s just that it makes their old arguments look pretty silly in retrospect.

I miss the days of civil interaction and where one could express their opinion without having to be subjected to a barrage on insults.

This isn't aimed at the OP, it just seemed like a good place to share my thoughts. And remember, an opinion is just that. It's not a fact. Everyone on here should be able to tell theirs without being blasted.
