How do they fix their offensive red zone issues?

Yeah, redzone playcalling has flat out sucked.
Kellen tried getting a little too cute some times but he got it into the end zone far more often and was actually the best at it one year I think. McFraud absolutely sucked as a redzone playcaller.

Still no physical presence at wideout.

MAYBE interior oline play can assist to some degree but the impact will be negligible at best imo.

Same quarterback.

I see this trend continuing to be totally honest.

Why are you so defensive. You agreed with me Dak has to improve.
Dak has to improve? Dak could not give a crap about his team...once he and Zeke got the money.

Tear the house down...Zeke is gone, Dak is next, broken and afraid.
The time has come.

Dak has never been a good Redzone Thrower. So need to have a consistant Running Game. They tried to fix that this year with Booker, Williams/Mafah who seem to be guys tough to bring down in the running game.

Still need a reliable Receiver. They need the TE's to be more productive in scoring and Dak actually making the throws.

This thread has become about a Dak hating thread, not an actual football discussion. Have to accept he is our qb and isn’t going anywhere, how do they fix a weakness?

In 2022, they were #1 in the league, with the same qb, what has happened that made them dead last in just 2 years?

stats are mixed on that. in 2023 he had 27 TDs inside the redzone, which was tops.
but his completion percentage was average (15), interceptions was 2.

in 2022, he had 16 td and 1 Int. but played 12 games. completion percentage he was 4th.

is it great? no. is it as bad as people think, I don't think so. do we want more? yes. but yeah a consistent running game would help a lot.

They don’t want attention on the real problem.

After receiver they’ll blame RB and Oline … then play calling….then the weather… then the fans.

They won’t mention Dak and Rush. The real problems.
I posted stats in another comment. in 2023 Dak was tops in the league in TD inside redzone, and 2 interceptions, which was tied with a bunch of others. he was 15th in completion percentagewhich is not great. in 2022, he was 10th in TDs, but played 12 games and 1 interception inside the redzone. completion percentage he was 4th.

stats were mixed on performance inside the redzone. so yeah, perhaps some of those were also a problem. its NFL, its more complex. there can be multiple sources of problem including QB, RB, Scheme, OL, etc.

The quickest fix is to get a legitimate QB. Nothing else matters.
actually, the quickest fix is to get a new GM, nothing else matters. put mahomes in dallas and results aren't going to be much better. you wouldn't have seen a superbowl and best would have been a CCG appearance....Jerry has a way of sabotaging everything.
