The Pats should hand every NFC East team a loss. But the Pats themselves have to lose one of their other games somewhere along the line (or go undefeated) so that the week 17 matchup vs. Giants means something.

Otherwise, it's like the Giants get a free pass that the other teams in our division didn't get.

it would be different if the Skins had a losing record going into the contest, and the Pats were w/o Brady, Moss, Stallworth and Welker, and a few other of their starters, so we could take comfort in knowing that it was a fluke win, but c'mon man

On the other hand I'd like to see NE get taken down by someone-- and it would kinda please me if it were an NFC East team. I mean I get sick of hearing how superior the AFC is... even though it's true.

I admit it's getting very easy to hate New England at a level normally reserved for the Cowboy's fellow teams in the NFC East.

I hope NE loses somewhere along the line, but not to anyone in the NFC East, and certainly not to Washington. This will be a big win for NE. Washington has that great defense, but there's no defense in the NFL for NE right now, and Washington can't score points.

who gives a rats about the Pats.....they are in the AFC. I don't care about them winning, except when they play us, Indy, or Tennessee. Do I root for them to lose, most of the time, but it doesn't upset me if they win.

Now the Skins............I want them to lose almost 100% of the time. The only time I ever root for the Skins, is when their winning is beneficial to the Cowboys' cause. For instance, if the Skins need to win for Dallas to make the playoffs, call me a Skins fan for about 3 hours.

This weekend, I will definitely be a Pats fan. I will be rooting for Brady to get 7 passing TDs. I will be rooting for Bruschi and Harrison to bring all kinds of cheap shots on Moss, Portis, Cooley, and Campbell. I am hoping Moss, Welker, and Stallworth use Taylor and Landry like a roll of TP (WIPE AND FLUSH)....

I will also be a Dolphins and Vikings fan......

This shouldnt even be a question a divisional team that isnt far behind us winning in no way benefits us. If you want the pats to lose than you root on the Colts or any other AFC team.

I never root for the Commanders, Eagles or Giants to win a game unless it benefits the Cowboys. Nothing about the Patriots losing benefits the Cowboys at this point.

Patriots all the way and hopefully like a runaway train.

New England can lose as many games as they want.

HOWEVER, there are 3 games remaining which I want them to win. Against NY, against Philly, and against Washington.
