How would getting rid of Zimmer make it any easier to stop Moss. It's still going to be Newman, Henry, or Glenn with either Keith Davis or Willie Pile over the top.

we already know newman cant cover him tho, so why not let henry try.

Here comes the Newman hate again. Tell me, has any corner in the league consistently done well against Moss?

We could be heading for an old fashion shoot out. Dallas's combination of WRs and TEs vs. Moss/Jordan. I give the edge to Dallas

The team that is the most disciplined and makes the fewest drive killing penalities, turnovers and better TOP usually wins.

Oakland is net 0 on net takeaways/giveaways, Dallas is +3.
Oakland has given up 10 1st downs on penalties, Dallas 2.
Oaklands TOP is 28minutes, Dallas is 31 minutes.

1. Blitz Collins
2. Defensive line pressure
3. Have Roy get one (or more) really good lick(s) on him so he gets "alligator arms" the rest of the day.

That might do the trick.

I was hoping one of the cowboys fans in the Oakland area could use the Tanya Harding method on him.

He's a pot head, have Roy drop have a bag of nacho doritos handy. When it looks like he's going to burn us deep, throw the chips out of bounds. He'll get distracted, chase it out and then he'll be an inelligible reciever.

Dude -- don't you know that marijuana enhances football performance -- why else would the league be so hot on testing for it?

Darnit, now we'll just have to depend on Collins alcohalism. Here's what we do, we have Demarcus Ware keep an ugly chick with him...

What's the use in that? I'm sure the Black Hole will have plenty of those to go around.

Well unless someone knows how to utilize racism, I'm outta ideas.

Chocolate chip cookies laced with exlax should keep him busy all afternoon. :lmao2:

Seriously, the best way to slow Moss down, (nobody stops him) is by going after Collins, ... BIG TIME !!

You do not stop him completely but we can certainly slow him down. We need to knock him on his rearend or at least off his routes within the alloted 5yds of the LOS.

Better yet, start a fight with him during pregame and get him ejected......bring Mike Scott back with that purpose in mind.

there is nothing wrong with our CB's...nothing wrong with the vast majority of the defense either

its the guy coaching them thats the problem

if you were BP what would you do?

I'd personally put anthony henry on him and tell anthony to play rough with him. i'd keep the free safety playing deep on randy's side at all times, cause moss will kill henry 1 on 1. then i'd let newman keep porter out of the game and blitz the heck out of kerry collins. im talking massive blitzing from everywhere.
Two words. Jeff Gillooly.

I'd be in favor of the Slap Shot method employed by Atlanta to get Trotter out of the game. Just send Drew "Hanson" after him during pregame warmups. :D

sign jason sehorn to a one game contract.

he took care of moss a few years ago in the nfc championship game.

or................. we could just blitz collins all day..............which we will.............which will take care of moss........which will take care of collins.........which will result in another gut wrenching, edge of your seat, thrill ride victory in california.

problem solved. :)
