How do you change that spot like that?

the right call, why would you want reasons for excuses. It was fitting for this team and how things went this year.

There was nothing wrong with that at all. It was clear he caught the ball outside the one and got stopped cold then pushed back. The ball never made it to the one yard line.

Lost in all this is, if Romo hadn't fumbled the ball, he might have made the first. It doesn't matter now.

The ball was not ruled a fumble on Romo's play.

The Glenn "fumble" probably wasn't even a catch. He bounced the ball off the turf with one hand.

That was a catch - let's not get outta control here.

The 12th Ref at it again.

Those phantom holding and pass interference calls were the worst of the game. Then, changing the spot based on two camera angles that aren't straight on, but at an angle. How are the Cowboys supposed to win?

I guess you can blame Romo, Glenn, Parcells, et al, but you gotta throw those refs in there two.

I have a fundamental problem with reviewing spots that are very close. How can you use two dimensions (replays) to accurately place an object in a three-dimensional space?

Let's say we got the first down. . then we milked the clock on the next two plays to get it down to :01. Grammatica comes on the field and Romo botches the snap. We would have lost anyways.

terrible call, its not the point whether its short or not, the point is theres not enough evidence to overturn it.

geez people...quit blaming the refs...there were a few bad calls, but we found a way to lose another way...refs had nothing to do with HOW we lost the game

Bad calls indeed, but we were the ones that fired the bullet.

As evidence, feel free to rewatch the 4th quarter.

:fact:

That play just doesn't get reversed like that when 1)it's in the middle of the field, where the sideline doesn't make it a clear cut call, and 2)when it isn't challenged by a coach. Just doesn't happen.

Still, poor offensive showing overall. We were only in the game as long as the defense could hold up, which, as it turned out, was about 3 quarters. The KO return was the only reason it was close.

So that call was not the reason we lost, but it was definitely wrong not to go with the call on the field, as I'm sure the guy will be hearing from his boss.
