You can't. It's between the ears for the players. You are either dumb or you aren't. Cowboys happen to have a lot of dumb players. Luckily a lot of them are talented.

Along with fines, the unit that has the most penalties should have to launder the team jockstraps every week.

Doing away with the blind ref costumes might help.

Probably also want to avoid going after the Commissioner's job or threatening his compensation when you have no support from the other owners.

A penalty can be called against either team, or both, on every play. It's good not to give the refs, all too human as they are, any extra motivation to see your fouls and not the other team's.

Assassinate Jerry Jones or Roger Goodell? Cause that's the only way this team is every going to get a break from the league or the Zebras.. One of them has to be in the ground or it aint hapnin.
