How does Jenkins not make the probowl?

This guy is straight up the best cb in the league. When I see a long ball going to his side, I get excited instead of scared. Newman does scare me. Jenkins is physical, fast, and a ball hawk. Im hoping for his jersey on X-mas..

Experts have to see this guy is the real deal and vote him in.. I could see him having a charles woodson type of career.

He might be a great one but he is just average by NFL standards.And even if he did have Pro Bowl like numbers his being a rookie will play against him because the custom is, in a close race, to give it to the veterans.Jenks will have a good career but he's not yet All Pro caliber.
