How does JJ Wilcox have a spot on the team?

Ok, this has been beaten to death but here I go anyways, mainly out of boredom. How in the heck does this guy have a spot on this team? I mean special teams granted hes good, but this man is literally horrible at everything else. I knew more about angles in 3rd grade geometry than JJ. He cant cover. Basically the only thing he can do is tackle, and even that has been sub par lately. So in reality. What does this guy bring to the Cowboys? Discuss.
