I agree. I also see Jacksonville as a great opportunity for Foles. I think they have some good pieces in place but have lacked the QB. It will be interesting to see how he fairs this season.

Agreed. This is his chance to shed the journeyman/backup label. And it's not as if he is getting paid peanuts. It's a good opportunity for him.

Below average. He was a journeyman backup. He's Case Keenum, essentially.
Apt comparison.

I would love Foles as my backup, I'd hate him as my starter. Dude's QBR in 17 before the playoffs was 79.5. He averaged around 80 yards passing/game. He wasn't very good. And in the first round against ATL, Foles had no TD's or picks w/ 246 yds passing as PHILLY won 15-10. Bus driver performance.

So, Foles had 2 great games in the playoffs.

IDK, man, this is Foles 8th year in the league. Makes him what, 31 or 32? I think it may be too late to shed that label. Although w/ JAX's D, he certainly might be good enough.

Nick Foles signed a 4 year, $88,000,000 contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars, including a $25,000,000 signing bonus, $50,125,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $22,000,000. In 2019, Foles will earn a base salary of $5,000,000, a signing bonus of $25,000,000, a roster bonus of $500,000 and a workout bonus of $250,000, while carrying a cap hit of $12,000,000 and a dead cap value of $45,125,000.

Foles won the Super Bowl and has made the Pro Bowl. Dark isn't worth more than Foles.
Neither is Wentz
