Drew Henson+Julius Jones+Antonio Bryant= The New Triplets

Anyone disagree, and do you think before this season ends that all three will be starting (its possible).

And with Parcells' love of the TE position, it'll be quadruplets with Witten! At least I hope that's how it plays out!

Before getting too carried away, remember Jones and Henson are completely untested in the NFL reg. season, and Bryant is a semi-head case. Witten looks to be a stud, though. Maybe they will all pull it together somehow.

I definitely think Henson has mucho potential.

Well I think that it's fair to think that these three guys will be starting by Thanksgiving... possibly sooner.

However, I don't think it's fair to award them with the monkier of the triplets. That nickname was earned, and tossing it around with abandon belittles the accomplishemnts of Aikman, Emmitt and Irvin IMO.

It bothered me when ESPN attempted to give the title to the 3 guys over in Indy, it should bother me no less that guys who have shown very little in the NFL be equated to the best QB, RB, WR grouping (chemistry wise) that Ive ever seen...even if we're talking about our new Cowboys.

They'll be triplets when they have rings, not before.

On a side note, I'm not sure how to react to your sig pic. Is it supposed to be funny? It's a free country and you can feel free to put whatever you'd like there. I probably am just missing the point. I suppose I take the incident a little more seriously than those outside the New York area. Those who didn't live with the smell for week can find it easier to lampoon the incident. [/rant]

I hate that everything from the past has to be re-lived. Why do we have to call them "the new triplets"?

ANd lets see how AB, JJ, and DH play before they are given ANY nickname.

Hell, I remember people saying Chad Hutchinson and AB would be part of the "new triplets".

Gimme a break, People. If DH, AB, and JJ become great players we can always give them their own nickname.

Kinda funny how in your opinion only D.Henson & Witten seems to be the for sure things but JJ & AB are maybes. Humm what do they have in common? Prick

How about "The Junior Triplets?"

Oh, wait, that still has triplets in it.

Damn, some of you people need to take a day off and chill the **** out. That means turn espn off for atleast 1hr and read something else in the newspaper besides the sport section. Wow, I know I asked for opinions but my gosh some of you people act like Jerry Jones have you on his payroll.

Well SB Bound it's my opinion that you can call DH, AB, JJ anything you want. Your opinion is just as valid as anyones' on this board.

Some people just need to lighten up for God's Sake!!!!!!

Well well well, is that right? So, if you really feel that way then answer this question for me. Who is more of a sure thing, JJ or JW??? Let me know what you think

by the way, I hope its this year, nothing against Vinnie but I want the Henson era to begin so we can see what we do or don't have before next year's draft

The only way Henson sees the field is if Vinny gets hurt or in a blow out situation. JJ will be staring by game Thanksgiving. I don't about Bryant. He's a head case but if he keeps his head on sraight he'll get plenty of playing time but I don't know about starting.

The one I have the most concern about is Bryant, not because of his game ability, etc. - but because of his head...and how it's screwed on on any particular day.

right now, I'd say Witten. He has played against NFL competition - and I thought he did quite well.

Now, I love Julius Jones, and am ecstatic with the pick (although I hated it at the time-but with the extra first round and the way he has looked so far). I am expecting him to take this offense to the next level, but...He hasn't faced NFL competition yet so , who's to say?

SO right now I'd have to say...Witten

Dude, are you telling me you think Witten will have a bigger impact on the Dallas Cowboys (in the future) then JJ? Is that right, boy I sure hope thats not what your telling me.
