I was going to write something very similar. He will be the focus of many double teams, so his numbers won't be great, but suddenly guys like the Crawfords, Collins, McClain will be producing more.

Those are Von Miller numbers, and we don't have a Demarcus Ware on the other side. While I hope you're right, I find it highly unlikely. If you are right, DL is going to be getting a 60M+ contract.

10 in 12 game is the equivalent of 13 in 16 games. You really think he's a 13 sack per year guy, especially while getting double teamed often?

Doubt it. They're so desperate for edge rush that Jack Crawford is getting more snaps than anyone. They might ease him in the first week with 30 snaps but I expect 50 snaps by his second game back.

I really don't feel like he's all that great, to be honest. I really feel like people believe he's a good pass rusher simply because having Hardy here last season made it a bit easier on him.

I don't really feel like he's going to be a huge addition to the defense although I guess someone who can get 5 sacks at this point would be a serious upgrade to what we've got.

6. He'll probably be shut out of most of the games soon after his return. I can see him going on a hot streak and get a couple sacks during a 2-3 games stretch late in the season. That's what he's done so far in his career.

Hopefully, his sacks come in the 4th quarter of games while we're preserving a lead. If you're only getting a handful, make me count...
