How many superstar WRs did the Giants have

None! The Giants won the SB with team chemistry. Too many superstars will divide the team.

Doesn't make sense to tie all that money in WRs. We need to focus on the draft.

Let the Patroits keep Moss.

The 1995 Cowboys had quite a few superstars and they ended up being a pretty decent team.

Troy Aikman
Michael Irvin
Emmitt Smith
Larry Allen
Deion Sanders
Charles Haley

Just sayin'.

The Giants got to the Super Bowl and won it by having a few breaks go their way. I'd rather get there winning by 20 points in every game along the way.

Burress is a beast....he is a top 5 reciever.

Are you serious?

TO, Moss, Chad Johnson, Fitzgerald, Steve Smith (when he has a QB), Greg Jennings is right up there, Braylon Edwards, Whosurmomma, Andre Johnson

There are soooooooo many WRs i would take over Burress.

What do you think Burress is better than Andre Johnson, Fitzgerald, Steve Smith, Braylon Edwards, and TJ Housmanzadeh?

Burress is a headcase, injury prone, and doesnt give his all on every play.

Burress is better than all of them IMO, he played injured all year and still put up great numbers....and won the superbowl.

Yeah having 12/20 games under 50 yards receiving is a huge accomplishment.

While fitzgerald was held under 50 twice.
Tj twice
Johnson 1/9

Burress isnt even in the top 10, period.

I can name a ton of WRs that have a superbowl ring that arent very good WRs also.

You can live in your own little world though.

Burress isn't very good? lol...he played hurt all year and finished with over 1000 yards and 10+ TD's, made great catches in big games including the catch that won the superbowl - the guy is a top reciever.

The catch that won the superbowl? Hell, the CB FELL DOWN! Miles Austin couldve made that catch.

You know he only had 2 catches in the superbowl.
1 catch vs the cowboys in the playoffs
38 yards in the tampa game

If it wasnt for his great game vs the Pack, he had 7 catches in 3 games in the playoffs.

No, Burress is good, hes not in the top 10 though.

I would move Burress above Johnson. Remember he was playing injured all year.

They beat the superstars. Good point... not a new pov... but worth mentioning.

I might add... they didnt have any superstar DB's either.

I have him high up there, nothing will change that. He made big plays for the Giants and he done it with a QB that I still don't consider all that great.

It just happened for the Giants. How probable is it to win all the games on the road... lose to Dallas 2x in same year, lose to GB in same year....

They were lucky. Watch the end of the SB again.

That contract that Coughlin is getting... wow.... that SB was expensive. There will be descension again on that team.

The Giants certainly did get lucky breaks here and there, Burress did make plays for them though.
