The Bucs are going into this game with far more OL issues than we are. And that OL is still better than half the ones that will be rolled out this year in the league, and certainly better than what we had in 2011-2012.

This fanbase seems to have forgotten how awful NFL OL play is in general. Nearly a decade of good to great offensive lines has spoiled us.
I wouldn't be so confident. Steele was getting smoked frequently in training camp. Biadisz is known to struggle against stronger DTs. Same for McGovern. Rookie Tyler Smith practiced all summer at LG but suddenly is being forced to Plat Left Tackle...and with a slight ankle sprain? Doesn't sound good at all.

The middle of the Oline looks very weak with McGovern now lined up at Left Guard next to C Tyler Biadasz.

Vita Vea is going to FEAST on weak Cowboys interior makeup new Oline. That doesn't include having to block Shaq Barrett, William Gholston and Akiem Hicks as well.

How many times will Dak get sacked by the Bucs? Please answer the poll. Ugh.
:banghead:

It's game one of a long season, so we can hope that Dak will not trust the line to protect him long and get rid of the ball fast whether there is a play or not. He can't afford to hold on to the ball hoping a play will develop.

Dak's been hurt twice in two seasons. I hope that he's learned not to put his faith in this makeshift line.....and hope Zeke excels at blocking still. Dak's going to need it.

No. I don’t believe we need a dominant run game to have the best statistical offense, and therefore, at minimum, a very good offense, because we did that.

Saying he’s really bad in most threads on this site that mention Dak than later having to begrudgingly concede to reality is no great feat imo.

I never claimed being the reason you hide your posts. I claim you hide them because you’re embarrassed about how hard you jumped on the bandwagon then later jumped off again because of how that makes you look—Indecisive, a need to please the hater crowd, not having a real opinion of your own, etc.

Why do you hide your post history?
I literally took it upon myself awhile back to bump up the post I made after the Bucs game last season where i praised Dak.

I'm not embarrassed by it at all. This is an internet message board about the Dallas Cowboys. If you're embarrassed by things on here then you have have underlying issues.

I hide my post history because of you. Duh!

The hope we all have is that the youth of Smith, McGovern, and Biadasz will see them all earn valuable time and experience while performing better than expected. This helps not only strengthen the o-line future but protects Dak as well.

There is no doubt the o-line is a concern before the season starts and the pressure will be on not only them but also the WR core and Zeke.....as all are paramount to helping this be a successful offense which of course assists Dak in being successful.

So you can’t or won’t answer why you hide your posts from others to see?

I’ve been here a while and have never seen that…

I'm like to Joker.

Every time you ask me why I do something I'll give you a different answer.

This time I'm going with ..... The reason I hid them is because it bothers you.

I see roll outs galore and quick passes and maybe some screens to take advantage of the defensive bull rush to stem the onslaught. Pray this line holds up without holding. That's all I got.

I'm seeing a lot of the most vocal posters become less confident by the day.

The realization that the season is about to start and you don't think think the Cowboys can back up all your hype got ya worried?

Exactly right. Bengals fans know it won't matter how many times their QB gets sacked......hes proven it doesn't matter

Under 5, if any. Dak's quick out of that pocket. He's a superior rushing quarterback & tough to catch/bring down.

:lmao:......now that's some funny stuff right there. Thanks for the early morning kidding!

Burrow will get sacked more and have better success. Bank on it...

So what does better success look like, more wins deeper in the playoffs, stats. I think the Bengals caught lightning in a bottle last year and if they have the same OL problems things may not break thier way like that....thats why I'm asking..Burrow is no doubt good but getting sacked like that and still winning in the regular season much less playoffs is not winning formula.

You’ve made 70,000 posts in like 2 years. Maybe it’s time to dedicate some of that time to learning how the site’s features work.
I'm too busy talking Cowboys football to take the time to learn it.

Maybe you should talk about Cowboys football instead of me... just a thought.

This isn't MountaineerCowboyZone, ya know?
