They are begging for help because they want the easiest road available instead of buckling down and playing better.

They didn't lose to the 49ers because they wasn't good enough. They lost to the 49ers because they are an inconsistent mess.

I agree to a large extent, but facing a Niners team that had 4 players that were tops in YAC shows the deficiencies of the FO……..they stood pat in a season where Brady and Rodgers decline left a wide open NFC

If Pollard doesn’t get hurt, our kicker doesn’t screw up his 1st extra point( which completely changed our strategy on when to kick FG’s), and ESPECIALLY if Dak doesn’t get out played by a rookie QB, we win the games vs the Whiners with the talent we had.

That being said, if our D can take the next, big step, from very good to DOMINANT, it would make things so much easier for our offense with a QB like Dak. We can focus on running the ball with a healthy O line and play action passing. Don’t put pressure on Dak to be forced to make to many plays. Put the pressure on the D!!!!!

Most QBs do. Only the elite/generational type QBs can do it without a surrounding cast

Definitely agree that the culture is a problem. There seems to be no accountability for bad play on the football field. No one of note ever gets benched or cut. Most of the interceptions that Dak threw throughout the season were mental and just bad decisions on his part. There were some you could blame on the WR or maybe the OLine. However, the majority were just poor decisions. Why not bench him for a series or two to send a message that making poor decisions is unacceptable? Probably because if McCarthy benched Dak for even 1 series Jerrah would be down on the sidelines telling McCarthy to put him back in. The problem with this team starts and ends with JERRY JONES.
