How to become an NFL scout?

I think most scouts played college football.

If think all of them probably did. It's how they get their connections. I honestly would love to get into the field but I picked the wrong sport in college to play. I played college baseball and opted not to play football. I would love to have a time machine. I swear I was a dump dump kid :laugh1:

To be honest I can't remember which team he was working for before he decided to leave and try to start his own scouting agency. If he even said at all. I know he never liked discussing who he worked for.
