How do you stop the stupid penalties, especially the pre snap?

How can a player not know the snap count in the final game of the year? Dont they practice this?

He's raw remember only played the position for a little while, he'll be better in his contract year!!

As far as Guyton goes, it was said before the season that he was going to have a learning curve. Doesn't automatically mean he will be a bust. Let's see how he looks next year.

Offsides and holding penalties are the ones that kill you. One it about technique, and one is about discipline.
BOTH are coaching concerns.
UNLESS the player is simply too stupid or too undisciplined in which case they need to go no matter what.

BUT to put it in perspective, there is less than two penalties a game difference between us at #4 and the Falcons at #25

Only way is a culture change starting with the organization. Jerry stepping down would be a start. Next, option an obvious one, is to get rid of McCarthy. This team under him has been the most undisciplined teams in Cowboy history. That is coaching.
