I don't see how you're pulling two all nighters and making it through the next day. I worked 36 hours straight once and I couldn't think clearly such that my work product severely suffered.

Last time I stayed up near that long I fell asleep on a kitchen floor. I decided 'resting my eyes' on cold tile was a good idea.

Frequent breaks to walk around, and only eat foods with a low glycemic index.

Only drink water, also cold water to the face.

My personal solution is peppers. Capsaicin is an anti-coagulant, your brain gives you a little high from the pain (releases dopamine), and they only have a glycemic index of about 15. That's what I use to wake up at least. Every morning, I get out of bed, find a hab, cayenne, or jalapeno and take a bite / eat it whole depending on the pepper. Instant wakedness and improved circulation.

There is no avoiding it.

To have any chance at all you either need to get your body moving or drink a 5 hour energy.

I used to work at a warehouse during the summer and i'd work from 11pm to 11am and sometimes i'd get so tired i'd start feeling sick.

5 hour Energy works. Caffeine is just going to make your crash.

I just woke up after going to bed at 3:00 yesterday afternoon. I guess my body was just done after being awake for about 56 hours straight.

Weird thing is that I had a dream where BrainPaints avatar was floating around chasing me. The mind does some crazy stuff when it is sleep deprived.

How positive are you it wasn't BP himself chasing you around for real. I've heard worse about him and he is from WV. Your brain probably just shut down so you might be confusing your dreams with reality.

5 hour energy works off the placebo effect. Double blind studies have already shown that taking vitamins does not increase your energy level.

Energy only comes from calories or stored calories (fat, muscle, organs).

Next time, forget about all those "energy drinks and other stuff"...

Use Meth...I hear it works wonders.

FYI.

Box of no-doze and 10 Mountain Dews, and three Starbucks Redeyes, capped off with a Redbull within a an hours time. ;)

No-doze is probably the best laxative I've ever tried.

Dave Attell has a nice little trick for waking up.

Tongue in the ***.
