How ugly is it likely to get in coming weeks?

It's not so much the losses to come I'm concerned about. It's the way, manner and reaction of the owner/GM I worry about. (what he'll do)
I really don’t think Jethro will need to do anything. No better excuse for a collapse than losing QB.

Worse thing he could probably do is try to bring Dak back before he’s fully healed.

He'll probably trade a #1 draft pick for some quick band-aid that will do nothing for us in the long run.

i am not sure they will win a game without dak if things dont change they wont win many with him
What? That makes no sense. Everything is going to change, hello! We have a new QB! What makes you think things won't change?

Starting 0-2 was expected even with Dak healthy , now it’s almost a lock. Especially with Bengals coming off a loss. This has potential of Cincinnati getting very well on Sunday.

My sense is the uglier this gets could have a carry over into potentially more winnable games while Dak is out like in NY and at home against Wash.

I hate to get ahead of myself here but a good performance even in a close loss Sunday could go a long way moving forward installing some confidence against lesser or more equal opponents.

But this could get out of hand very quickly . 0-3 or even 0-4 with 2 very tough opponents following and then the dumpster fire begins wondering whether we can win one while Dak is out. Which would fuel the need for him to return sooner.

I think we can possibly win one or two games with Rush but a good performance even in a loss could go along way heading up to NY on Monday night for the nation to see.

the uglier the better

Yes. Jerruh is a past master in writing seasons off for good cause, "but look out for us next year" signaling to season tix holders.

The lack of faith in Cooper Rush is disturbing.

I think we have a better shot than we would with Dak because I think Moore and the offense will be ran differently.

I don't think it's totally a lack of faith in Rush. Had Dallas beat Tampa 35-17 and Dak still got hurt, you wouldn't see this much complaining. We'd be talking about how we hope Rush can win half the games that Dak is out. The problem is, we were in trouble with Dak. In comes Rush.

I hope what you say about the offense is true. But I have my doubts.

Every loss is beautiful and has its own blessing. It's one step closer to getting the #1 draft pick in 2023. Embrace the suck ppl. It's here so you may as well enjoy it. There will be time for winning during a different season, not now. ;)

We'll know how bad it is after we play the Giants. There's not that big of a gap between Rush and Jones. Yeah, I'm done giving Jones the benefit of the doubt. The dude plays a level just above suck.

Cooper Rush had a 100% win rate last season...

I tend to agree. If the Cowboys try to play a ball control game and the defense steps up, Dallas could be one or two lucky plays away from winning the game. The key is just not going 3 and out constantly.

Everyone is going to laugh but Anger makes a difference in these type of games.
