How wide is the separation from T-Mac to Higgins?

Both are big X receivers that have a similar skill set. Higgins is a prospect that many of the media scouts are calling a legitimate sleeper. Now many view Higgins as a mid day 2 prospect. How big is the separation between the two prospects, is is really a full two rds better?

I’ve done several mock draft simulations and pick Higgins every time. If we were at 21 I would be fine with Tet but not at 12. Higgins can be had later.

I really hope they bail at 12 and get another pick. I do like all the 1st rd receivers, but got to be careful cause the depth dries up quickly on day 2.

I just hate everyone at 12 not named Jeanty, Graham, Carter, of Hunter. I just don’t feel like anyone is in that realm of the 12th pick overall. I mean we got Micah at 12 and Lamb at 18 for crying out loud…..awful first round this year..

Not many blue chippers this year, but there are a ton of players who can help this team right away, which is why I want more picks!

This is the issue. Nobody is sending picks to move up for mid talent. Best bet is sanders slides to 12 and a team gets desperate. Just don’t see us being able to get out of 12

I could see someone trying to move up for an offensive lineman or cornerback. Every team needs secondary help and a team wanting an offensive lineman might want to jump ahead of the Dolphins.

This seem more accurate then a full 2 rds better. No doubt T-Mac is the better prospect, but my point was Higgins isn’t that far off

Yea - basically I see Tmac as a 1st rounder and Higgins as a 2nd (but I’m higher in Higgins than most).

It’s hard to find guys that are 6’4+, run a sub 4.5 and have 1K+ yard production in a power 5 conference. Good player.

He just ain’t Tet.

He’d be a heck of a good target outside of the first.

Guys that beat up on the SEC are hard to ignore. It’s crazy b/c his timed speed wasn’t great but his YPC and YPRR are insane.

Higgins could sneak into the late 1st round. I like him but I like his teammate even more.

And I'd like to think our comments hold a lot of clout within the league so I look for McMillan to be a late round pick or priority free agent.

I think it all depends on draft day.
Say Will Campbell falls to us. Miami at #13, who just had Armstead retire.
Maybe a team wants to jump Miami. Miami drafted Paul last year, but the dude was raw, like Guyton.

I think both are almost purely possession WRs. Like both, love neither.

We won’t draft one until the 5th round. If we doubled up in round one and two I bet the defense would improve dramatically. Let’s say we drafted Nolan in the first and Williams in the second. Eagles front 4 potential with Parson, Osa, and Fowler. Can a fan dream.

I think they are more like the receivers we used to see, I wouldn't classify them as just possession receivers.
