It's not a movie. Other TV shows shouldn't have been brought up either...or maybe the thread title should be changed.

it happened at the worlds fair.
movie ends with pilot mike edwards(elvis presley) signing up for the space program...then sings "happy ending" thru the seattle crowd at the worlds fair...hand in hand with his love interest.

it should have ended with mike...already in the space program...saying good-bye to his girl as he makes his way to the launch site to board the space probe.

It should stay movies in my opinion. Television series can have a separate devoted thread.

Agreed, but I think the point is that it was a contrast between the real monster, Little Bill and who everyone in the movie thought was the monster William Munny. In the end, we saw their actions and while Munny was a killer, there was purpose to it and he didn't make others suffer. Little Bill, on the other hand, was supposed to be the good guy yet tortured for fun and power. Should he have gotten more punishment, sure, but it would have hurt the point. IMHO.
