I'd already been to Chiefs Planet and I noticed they don't seem to be talking about this game much. They don't seem to respect the NFC much over there.
Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone. You can't approach ***NOT-ALLOWED*** as a place where everyone comes to talk Chiefs football (although thay often do). You have think of it as a huge online community where the thread topics vary but 95% of the posters are fans of the Kansas City Chiefs. It's without a doubt one of the most active independent NFL message boards in the universe. Though the board is moderated, the mods aren't very heavy handed...they just keep trolls in check.wesleyc288 said:I was noticing the same thing...i hope the Chiefs under estimate us as much as their fans do Welcome aboard, Archie

Second of all...I'm a Chiefs fan (((ducking))).That's right, I'm a Chiefs fan that has lived in Cowboys country since the late 70s. In fact, the whole time I've been a pro football fan I've lived in the either Texas or Oklahoma, but I'm not a Cowboy hater, dont get me wrong. Being a Cowboys fan would certainly be more convenient for me...heck, I could see every game on TV, maybe wander down to Texas stadium every so often, and get the 'Boys latest info on local news. Being A Texas based Chiefs fan is tough, but easier thanks to the internet (especially high speed internet). After all, Arrowhead nearly 7 hours away. The Wichita Falls area is strangely void of other Chiefs fans, so not to many folks to chat Chiefs with, but enough of my sob story.
I've got good news! I'm going to my first ever Chiefs game Sunday. Not only that, but it will be my first ever (and obviously last) game at Texas Stadium. This will be a very special moment for me. Outside of obvious reasons, I'll bespending three hours in a place that represents a truly honrable franchise, a winning tradition and a big helping of Texas sports history. After seeing games at Texas stadium on TV for over 20 years I cant wait to finally see one in person, especially since the end is nigh for the stadium. I wanted you guys to know that even though I will watch the game wearing the "enemy's" colors I will be watching the game as a Texan who respects the home of a 5 time champion, loves the game of football and wants this to be a good, close game. Not to mention, the Jersey i'll be wearing will be that of a former Longhorn.
So when you see a Chiefs fan in the stands dont think of it as a supporter of the enemy, think of it as someone who wants to be part of a wonderful experience and get in on the buzz of Cowboys football. May the best team win!

Does that suck as much as being a Cowboy fan stuck right in the middle of Chef territory for over 30 years?Archie F. Swin said:I'm a Chiefs fan that has lived in Cowboys country since the late 70s.

I always enjoy when a fan of another team comes in here and shows class.Archie F. Swin said:First of all, this is a great looking site! You guys should be proud!
