Howie Roseman vs Jethro and uncle Jed

my overwhelming feelings right now is one of rage, cowboys fans don't deserve dumb and dumber

Remember yall Stephen said Philly will have their time where they have to make tough decisions….so who’s really winning???
Looking at the Eagles contracts, there is no doubt they will pay at some point. But if they win a couple of Super Bowls before then? Will it be worth it? I think yes.

The Eagles won in 2017. They changed QBs and rebuilt their roster and went to the Super Bowl again in 2023. They return in 2025. Stephen Jones is an idiot because doing things their way they have been to 3 Super Bowls since 2017 while the Cowboys have not seen an NFCC game in over 30 years. And it is not over for them. They have a lot of young talented players they drafted and could easily make it to the SB again a few more times before they have to pay the price.

Watch the Eagles trade some players when it is advantageous to them and use draft picks to continue to replace talent. The Cowboys are always sitting back and waiting for things to fall into place while winning teams don't wait. They make things happen.

The Eagles are literally running out an AllStar team. Whenever they're on as the Sunday night game and they start showing the PFF grades for all the players, the Eagles have a good player at dang near all 22 positions.

The only reason they might not win it all is because Hurts isn't in the same league as Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, etc.

I remember when the Rams were the cautionary tale of “cap hell” and how they ruined their future by trading too many picks…meanwhile they won their Super Bowl and have already rebuilt their team to be in a better spot than the Cowboys going forward

We have Jerry and Stephen who do not understand the CAP at all. Then you cannot win without spending in FA(non dumpster diving).

It's like getting shot in both legs before the race even started. Then they go ahead and finish us off with resigning Dak

Howie Roseman is the GM/Football guy that the Jerry and Stephen think that they are

I bet this won't happen but we will see. They will have to eventually pay for Carter and after the year Barkley had he might want his deal renewed either this year or next because we know RB have a short shelf life. But the eagles GM seems to know how to manage the cap. Jerry and company just makes dumb moves. Example giving Michael Gallup that big contract after that terrible injury. He was never the same. Same with Terrance Steele. We gave him that big contract after he suffered a big injury (ACL). Dumb moves like that are just way too risky and backfired both times.

Roseman is who Jerry wishes he was.

Roseman is on track to be a Hall of Fame GM. Jerry wishes he could be in the Hall of Fame as a GM.

I don't see their "cap hell" being any different than where we sit every season. We let our depth go and refuse to sign outside free agents. That seems like the definition of cap hell.
Stephen likes to throw that outdated term out there as an excuse for mismanaging the cap. Does cap hell really even existing anymore?

Quite the matchup of GM's! Howie's team building is 3-dimensional chess and Jerry and Stephen are chasing butterflies with a hockey stick.

With competent leadership in Washington it will be a 2'horse race for a very long time.
Don't disparage hockey sticks.

Howie Roseman is a nerd that knows his limitations and checks his ego and will do what's best to WIN, JJ is a cocky buffoon with no self-awareness
