Hypothetical: Cowboys offense with Seattle defense

I don't have a statistical way to express this theory, but I get the feeling that it is tough to have a HUGE yard churning quick strike point scoring offense AND a stuffing defense that blows other teams off the ball at the same time. Usually you are amazing at one and efficient at the other, but your dynamic play comes from one or the other.

Are there teams historically that have been top 5 in defensive yards allowed, defensive scoring allowed, points scored and yards earned all within the same year?

Note, I'm not saying they have a better offense. They have a better offense to couple with that defense.

Big difference, imo.

And not for nothing, but Dallas only scored 22 more points than Seattle last year...

22 points is a lot . We lost 3 games by a single point . Others by 2-3 points . We put up 48 vs Denver. Seattle only put up 43 ;) What was the difference ;) ?!!!!
