I’m completely underwhelmed with Fassel

I watched the first year all or nothing with the rams. I thought Fassel was on pace to a head coaching spot after that show. He was thought of very highley and was even names interiem coach when Fisher was fired.

When i saw the rams let him go and we signed him i thought it was a major upgrade but in reality he was just a fraud i guess. Our speacil teams are bottom 10. You don't go for an all out block on 4th n 15 in a game where stops were at a minimum. Highest chance to get a roughing call like today. If we were playing Det or the Falcons then you can try it. Not vs a high powered offense with our defense playing undermanned on the line.

Special teams lost the game in week 1, and damn near lost us this game.

The roughing the punter call was a terrible play call for that situation, way too many penalties overall, and we don’t do anything well.

Greg the Leg nailed the final kick— but damn, Fassel did his best to undermine our chances throughout. He is a bad combo of over-aggression, arrogance, and incompetence
