Lot of folks are already throwing in the towel. I’m not one of them. That is all.

Its not a matter of giving up, its recognizing that maybe the team has some major talent deficiencies that will be very difficult to overcome.

Besides, If this team finishes 4-13, what will it have mattered if you "didnt give up", you are just a spectator like everybody else here.

This.

First of all, we as fans should stop being so devided. Whether one is more critical or more optimistic doesn't matter, in the end we all want another superbowl win. Right now we are the Bengals of the 90s and that hurts. Alot. I want to be a fan of a franchise with at least some perspective. A plan to a better future. So the problem ain't posting here on the boards, but sits in the FO and whipe their behinds with dollar bills.

If you played on the team then sure don’t give up. But as a fan being realistic about a portly run organization who’s had no success in 27 years and counting is not giving up, it’s being realistic. Understanding the garbage that they put on the field last night was all designed by the Jones boys is not giving up it’s called having low expectations. If we haven’t learned as a fan base to have low expectations year after year then we will never learn.

Obviously things don't look good BUT... the three biggest issues tonight were: Dak, the OL and a lack of good WRs.

Jason Peters even at 40 will help the OL.

Michael Gallup coming back will help the WRs.

Cooper Rush should be better than Dak was tonight. (Dak obviously still the much better QB.)

need to run the ball more too.

Zeke was averaging 3 rushes a quarter. 8(

remember what i said it's gonna be a losing season, so get your pp corn and wait till the draft because that's the only win your gonna get and wait till they play cinn. just another loss because there QB is gonna shell shock this team and finally hamburger mike will get up there and sid like a recording ( we'll look at the tape and keep working on our problems and finally they will win one probadly againist a team with massive injuries and they will all slap hands. there record will give them a high 5 or 6 pick in round 1 and that'll be there win for the season. and of course next year they can unload zeke
