I am happy with picks so far

Round 3 was abysmal, straight up trash.

It stinks of thinking we are smarter than everybody else

An undersized DT to replace Crawfird? lmao, who even thinks we need another nothing player on the team? Crawford did nothing, this is a 2 round reach.

Another try hard Iowa guy, great if it's in round 6. It's more of the same dross DL players we already have.
10 DL guys will make tge squad, only 2 of them are PLAYERS, DLAW AND 94.

You don't win with average quality

And don't even get me started on twiggy at 99, good lord, not only is he built like a matchstick but he's also got ZERO athletic ability. Scored a 2.7 RAS , that's embarrassing, you get 2.0 for tying your shoe laces.


Expect more of the same from this defense......

Yesterday, you and I disagreed on our first round pick. We both agreed we should have fleeced the Bears, but we didnt agree on our pick in round 1. There was a solid argument for LB vs OT.

There is no propping up a player that was not ranked in most top 200s going in the 3rd round. That is stupid. If you like the player take him in the 5th. All three were reaches, but the tall CB should have fetched us future draft capital in a trade down. Hell, take the player, but at least reap the future draft pick for going down to get him.

Those last two picks are headscratchers . Most peoples problem with them is WHERE they were picked. We could have gotten much better players with proven abilities and then take a flyer on those two.

I’m a little perplexed by the last pick as I don’t mind taking him but he would have been there in the 5th of 6th likely too. Otherwise I think we did well. Especially the first two picks. Both possible pro bowlers and difference makers.

I’m just happy they went all defense. I’m tired of seeing the same old names. That whole side of the ball needed a shake up.
 
I’m mixed. I loved the first two picks. I’m OK with the DT from UCLA based on what I’ve read and heard about him though I personally know nothing about him. Similarly, I know nothing about the DE from Iowa and the DB from Oregon St. I’m willing to give them all a chance, but that last pick was a big reach and head scratcher.

Edit: I generally want to stay away from guys from west coast schools since they’re more often than not soft.
