100% a good night..
I have a 7 am flight Tomorrow..but right now I am like F-it. I am listening to the post game show...reading the zone and drinking scotch (I debated smoking a cigar, but that will probably put me over the top and I will miss my flight)

I'm going to try to sleep soon as I have work in the morning. But I'm so excited still.

Now that we finally won a road playoff game after 30 years, we have to do something else we haven’t done in 30 years, winning a divisional round game.

I hope that we can do that as well, and beat the 49ers in a playoff game for the first time since the 1994/1995 season.

Actually, the last time we beat the San Francisco in a playoff game was during the 1993 season. They beat us in San Francisco during the 1994 season. We didn’t play them during the 1995 postseason. This is going be a real tough one next week. Hopefully the Cowboys can make Purdy look like a rookie. We’ve had some issues against young QBs this season.

Oh right. Still, it would be so nice to beat them finally after all these years.

As an older fan, not gonna lie, if we beat SF I might get emotional. That’s a big game next week.
Yup……we know thats the true test. That will be when I start sipping the Koolaid again…..

nothing instills confidence more than beating a team with an actual winning record

Just imagine if we do, the Cowboys will be playing in their first conference title game in 28 years. There’s fans on this board that weren’t even alive the last time the Cowboys played in a conference title game.

I was around, but I was 4 at the time as it was in January of 1996. I was born in late December 1992.

And this is building confidence in a team that needed it. This is building the foundation and culture the right way. Who knows what will happen next?
