he played like a top guy today. he literally has no running and a awful right tackle. it Makes no sense. tyron, and Zack alone should let us run in the redone and supposedly Tyler is playing great. you can't have 5 all pros on the line. but damn steele doesn't have to be a bottom 10 lineman.
give dak a running game, and him and lamb. play even better.

Hes been really good the last few games. Today he was damn good.

Steele and Gallup need to be traded or made 1 June cuts. I think we can easily find upgrades in the draft.

This sounds a whole lot like mediocrity acceptance.
Sure, let's watch them beat up the Giants again.
Then we'll feel better... lol/smh

The team is a bully. Once it's time to battle a real team
they crumble in the end. Bring on the Giants... lol

Outrage? Nah, it's hilarious. Like Groundhog Day.
And this sounds like a whole lot of "If my QB isn't the best in the whole world then he sucks!!!!"

They played a good game today, Dak was just fine, and they came up short against one of the best teams in the league on the road. That's not "accepting mediocrity," that's understanding reality. If they lose to the Eagles at home in December we can revisit this conversation and I will probably side with you. For now, I think this was a good effort against a good team in their stadium. I will proceed to complain when it is warrented.

No outrage expressed in my three points. I was disappointed at his stepping out of bounds before scoring, other than that, the two other complaints were on the rookie TE and the OL. No outrage
Apologies if I mis-represented your view. Something, something the internet, etc. Mea culpa.

This loss is on the FO as we only have two playmakers. Lamb and Fergs now. It’s no different than last year. Does everyone really believe Hurts has improved this much in three years? Nope. It’s playmakers they get for him.

No problem. We can all get a little frustrated after a loss, especially one they were so close to winning.

Dak was great tonight(and no, I don't think he's the guy) tonight was just another example of what this team just does in this type of game. Call it undisciplined, country club atmosphere, a tycoon playing at GM when he has no business doing so and over valuing the guys he has drafted, it's just the same thing over and over again.

I guess I am reacting the way I am is because I really expected them to get blown out today, especially after the big Rams win last week. It would be 1000% on brand for the Cowboys to crap the bed today after a statement win last week. They showed up for a change, and it is for sure not Dak's fault they lost IMO.

Yes, clearly, not once, not ever, did Brady, Manning or Rodgers ever step out of bounds. Never.
cmon man he could have overcome all the ******** around him that’s what great qbs do . he’s a good qb . he is not great . that’s just factual man . it’s not about stepping out of bounds it’s about having complete control on a huge outcome and not delivering .

Well, in my opinion tonight, he just can't step out of bounds at the one while trying to score the 2-pointer. That was a bad mental mistake imho.

And, yes Steele played terrible, but Dak just can't take those sacks at the end of the game.

Other than those mental mistakes, I think Dak played very well. Unfortunately, I dont think this team is good enough to make a real SB run this year.

Me neither. I wish we could have the Romo/Dez offense with this Parsons/Quinn defense, Would be the next dynasty IMO.

Typical Dak he played well and had the stats but in a big game against the best teams he comes up short at end.

No way the top QBs throw the ball on two consecutive game ending drives to their 4th best receiver when their go to TE is running wide open down the middle of the field.

Dak is carrying the offense.

there is no run game. Dallas cannot run the ball to save its life.

Dak is doing better than we deserve.

He's doing better than the FO deserves. Not the fans!

It sucks cause even with that effort, he made key mistakes and left a ton of meat on the bone in the missed open receivers down the field.

In the most critical parts of the game Dak stepped out of bounds on an unforced error that cost us two points.

Then could not score with a 1st & goal from the 6.

I don't care how well you play all game if you blow it at the worst times just like Romo did.
My thoughts exactly. Dak played very well... but still lost. More importantly, he lost when he could have won. 2 plays.... no way in hell should he not have got in on that 2 point conversion. Just dive in... done deal.

Then the one time you cant take a sack, from the 10 yard line with 20 something seconds left.... and he takes a sack. Sorry, the best..... they get the 2 point conversion, and they throw it away.

It is a shame. I feel bad for the guy because he played so damn good and he should be celebrating and getting all kinds of credit. Instead, all they will talk about is how Dakkas just cant win against good teams.
