I don't like this thought to pay Osa for one reason

You are almost there. Instead, rephrase it to, "Why not hire qualified football executives to evaluate the scouts and coaches' roster assessments and make informed, smart decisions?"
You're a season removed from three straight 12-5 seasons--that qualified football exec gone do better?

He's one of the best. Why wouldn't you want him? You guys are flat out strange. They still will add 2 more dtackles. You want them to sit there with nothing going into free agency and the draft.
Best at what for 25 million, 4.5 sacks last season 13.5 in 4 seasons and the opposition ran through him like Swiss cheese. This will be another case of over paying for your guys.

It's stupid to let him go. They have the money.

Would we really look to pay an outside free agent 20+ million to play DT for us? I can honestly say that Stephen would make up some excuse as to why we couldn't do it, but because Osa is one of our players that we drafted, we'd be willing to pay the market value for him at 20+ million. Make it make sense. Please give me your thoughts
My understanding is this draft is deep at DT. Why would we tag OSA, when we can't stop the run.

This FA class is weak at DT, which means he will be overpaid. Let someone else over pay or trade him.

That qualified football executive could do better. That qualified football executive could do just as well as Jerry Jones. That qualified football executive could do worse.

That is your answer. It is obvious what Jones' answer would be to this question but let me pose it to you:

Why is it necessary for anyone to oppose a strategy--namely infusing innovative ideas, energy and direction, involving new and fresh top-level management--which is common in both the National Football League and business in general?
