I dont see any way out of this start

It’s looking like a 5 or 6 win season so far. Should put us in the top 8 of the draft. I’m just hoping the GB pick is late teens or early 20’s. If that happens, we could turn the defense around in short order with smart picks and a solid free agent addition or two.

You remind me of Dak. A little adversity and you lose your composure.

Breath...
I watch football and not another's worship of talking crap. See any lights in the sky?

Win or lose this is still just football.

We ran trick or treat tables for kids in Germany. Outside stairwells.

Sure I will…

But first I want you to polish and organize all of your war medals….

that you bought at a pawn shop.
Tell me when you are let into the cockpit of a jet and told to grab the stick and start flying. Fighter jocks from Viet Nam took us up in jet trainers. Only thing we were taught was how to eject from the cockpit and a barf bag procedure if needed.

Do your games because that is as real as you get.

I never regretted awards in service.

You are the one interested in shiny things.

Pace yourself. Going to be a long season. You good on your BP meds?
I have been a Cowboys fan since their day one.

Worry about your own lame talk. You do drugs and brag at lockup? Fresh on your own mind, huh...

The NFL will make sure fans don’t tune out so early in the season. There are billions of dollars at stake.

Cowboy fans throwing in the white flag after game 3 is an NFL nightmare. Watching Cowboy fans exit at halftime to a chorus of boos on Sunday night would be the NFL’s worst nightmare.

I’m betting the refs and the Packers keep it close until the 4th quarter when most are asleep. You know what I’m saying. Money talks.
The NFL has fared just fine the last 30 without the cowboys doing anything of significance.

This may be the worse I have seen this team in years. There is no fixing everything that is wrong this season. They are stuck with our issues, and will only get worse with injuries. Reality is we are looking at an L this season.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that. Even if dallas runs into a few favorable matchups, which arnt many left on the schedule, those teams will put up a fight just like the bears and giants did and the cowboys will get beat.

Better teams will just beat us like a drum, and Dallas shoots themselves in the foot way too much to go toe to toe in an offensive shootout.

Lamb himself isnt enough to overcome the problem this team has, nor is the addition of Clark and Clowney.

Some of you may make smart remarks and say "well we might as well not even look at games anymore"....I am willing to accept a losing seasons and still enjoy watching the cowboys.

I dont see how anyone can see a positive path out of this season....and no, firing the defensive coordinator won't help either.
And please don't let Jerry try.

Jerry will find a scapegoat this off-season and it won't be him.

If we continue like this for another 2 weeks. Jerry will make a trade.and say he got the extra picks just for times like this. And he will try to make sure fans stay interested and seats are filled.

Guaranteed
I wouldn't even waste those picks on this season tbh.

Did your forget 2010? 2015? 2020? 2000-2002? 1987-1989?

I say they will I'll just keep it that simple help is coming adjustments are coming the league is weird this way it's how the Browns beat the Packers and the mighty Parsons fell You just have to get it fixed. Keeping it short and sweet I though I still think the season is savable just like in 2018 we started out three and five made a trade ended up in the second round of the playoffs that's right it's salvageable it's always salvageable and I am not giving up so you guys can say whatever you want....

Let's how this team does with Bland, Revel, Overshown and Clowney in the lineup. I'm not a loser so I'm not writing the season off just yet. Doesn't surprise me that most here are though. :)
There's no way I'm writing off the season we started out the season 3 and 5 I've seen Let's take that in 2018 to a 10 and six record to the second round of the playoffs..

Scene teams have slow starts and then end up coming back at the end of the year this team can get it fixed you're right we got players coming back but I also think Matt's either going to get this fixed or he's being fired I think the team could coach itself better I think the players could treat it like a pick up game and probably pick a better roster to start in a better defense to play I know I'm being weird but I just think they would do better if the coaches weren't putting him in the wrong spot...

Seriously let them come into the game and pick the starting 11 and let it rotate in and out pick a captain pick a defense and go out and just play I know I know I'm being really weird but I woke up this morning thinking about this defense is being steered in the wrong direction and it's bad game plans bad adjustments bad schemes why don't you just let the players play like it's a pick up game it's Sandlot let's go just go out there and play to your instincts play to your athletic abilities. Without thinking about the nonsense that Matt's putting in your head..

I'm sorry man but you can give up now but I still see this team finding a way to get it turned around we did it in 2018 don't say it was a different team We were losing in a lot of the same ways and we can get this turned around...

when is Bland coming back, any idea? We need him out there.
I think we could have 4 Deon Sanders out there and if you have 0 pass rush NFL QB's will find open receivers given time. You can only cover for so long.

The Cowboys finished in the bottom 10 of almost every defensive matrix last year. Zimmer was not good either.
Yeah but the difference with Zimmer is they had Major League issues and I mean way more than we have right now with injuries it was insane amount of injuries when he started getting players back you do realize in the second half of the season they led the league in Sacks I believe they were in the top five in turnovers, they did turn it around, I know it didn't seem like it because the season was lost already...

Just think about it

and that's why I think that Matt can get it turned around as well it's got players coming back he can change his scheme there's gotta be a way to get it moving in the right direction but to say Zimmer wasn't good you didn't watch the year as soon as he got some talent back and he was able to run what he wanted I believe they led the league in sacks and in tops and turnovers somewhere...

We're going to bottom out this year. We had low expectations anyway, as long as I see effort and commitment I'll deal with it better.
