I don't think Parcells is leaving after this year!

This is just my opinion but here is all the proof I need.

Marcus Spears
Jason Hatcher
Jay Ratcliff
Bradie James
Bobby Carpenter
Kevin Burnett
Terrance Newman
Roy Williams
Pat Watkins

That is a ton of young defensive talent that will be together for several more years and should only get better. Add in the other verteran talent like Ferguson, Ellis, and Akin and this defense could really become special. I just don't think Parcells walks away from this group at this early stage in its development. I think he will look to stay a few more years and only add more pieces to this Defense. This team could be on the verge of being a real contender.

I agree on Romo, but my main reasoning is that Parcells loves defense and has a ton of young developing talent here that I just can't see him walking away from. Romo developing may seal the deal and it looks as though he has finally tamed TO. We'll see on that last point but if so, we will start to roll and keep it going for several years.
