I feel sicker now than I did during the Campo era.

No doubt this is the lowest cowboy time in over a decade... actually since just after winning our last Lombardi. That team was obviously on the decline with nowhere to go but down. Campo's regime the last round of DENIAL where jerry kept placing bad bets trying to cover for his losses. Rebuilding never started until Jerruh brought in a real football guy (Tuna).

Presently we have the worst GM in football, worst combination of 4 coaches (HC, ST, OC, DC) without a doubt and the worst collection of unmotivated, pamered & enabled prima-donnas you'll ever find in a team.

bummer.

I don't remember one time during the campo era ever thinking the team was under achieving or not playing hard and with heart.

They just didn't have much talent at all on the team.

But knowing the team has loads of talent (I still believe that) just makes me sick with the way they're playing.

There's nothing worse then a team that just doesn't play hard, doesn't play with heart, has no pride, etc...

The leadership on the team is the biggest issue (from coaches and players) with this team IMO.

A few weeks ago after Emmitt was bringing it up and a lot of you pushed it aside saying it's not a big deal cuz the players can focus on their own jobs and leadership wasn't needed.

Any of you care to re-evaluate that?

With the way the team is playing now, this is exactly when you need those leaders. This is exactly what I was talking about a couple of weeks ago when I said leaders (VOCAL leaders) are needed.

Yea, I understand your point but I hated Campo, he was the ultimate kiss *** for Jerry Jones. Yes sir Mr. Jones sir. it was sickening. as far as Nors I've never put anyone on ignore, hell I've been married damn near 20 years, nothing much bothers me.

Ppl keep sayin there is something wrong with this team but they just can't finger it. Well ask urself when was the last time u saw a Cowboy just manhandle someone or lay the wood? Outside of KD hit on teams yesterday I can't think of a Big Hit! No effort... Teams know they can just hustle their way to a win v. Dallas!

Today convinced me that Romo may be the MVP in this league.

There is no way anyone can call him overrated, that's for sure. If anything, he's underrated.
