I got to lose 35lbs by April 1

I've found sandwiches to really help me when i'm trying to lose weight.

You can buy bread that for 2 slices is 90 calories..

Use some mustard and turkey and you can make 2 sandwiches that are around 400 calories for all of it.

You could do this with breakfast too. Couple of Eggs and 2 or 3 pieces of toast. That's 900 calories for 2 meals and if you don't go crazy on your 3rd meal you should lose weight.

0 nutrition in that, as well. You can eat 8 oz. of chicken breast, 3 cups of broccoli, and a sweet potato for a much more nutritious and filling lunch. You can eat 3 eggs, and throw in some mixed pepper or spinach, with some sausage instead of eating bread for breakfast. The bread gets digested too quickly and turns into sugar in your body.

Doesn't matter. I have 1,600 more calories to get all the nutrition I need.

It's a good source of protein and some carbs with not many calories.

220 today

Congratulations. Now, be very careful not to put the weight back on. You know how hard you worked for it and it can be gained back 100 times easier than it was to lose it. Also, don't be happy with 220. Push the envelope to 200 by the end of the year or something. 220 is still too heavy unless you are all muscle.

Not really. It depends on height and build too. I would look emaciated at 200.

That's right, .. and I am about 10-15 lbs overweight at 200, .. I'm 6' even.

That reads a little misleading.

I weigh 190, but since we were referencing 200, I was saying that at 6', .. I would be 10 -15 lbs more than I should be if I weighed 200.

I used to be 200, so that is why I am quick to point out that I'm 190 now, .. not 200, .. hoping to get to 185. LOL

Congratulations. I've been stuck between 215-220 for awhile, want to get down between 190 and 200. The diet change that is necessary is always the toughest part to maintain.

Hey just need some advice. Made a bet for a lot of money that I could get to 225 lbs by April 1st. I'm at 260 lbs atm. I'm about 6'3" work out everyday. Just looking for some advice on how I could do it safely

Dr. Fuhrman's diet is the best one I've seen. Eat to Live, super immunity

Green smoothies invented by Victoria Boutenko really fill you up, satisfy your cravings, and are very good for you. Green for life,

In the book Wheat Belly there are very good arguments for not eating products containing wheat.

You sound like a man with a plan, and it's working.Keep up the good work. my wife takes the weekend off so as not to get burnt out so, take the money and celebrate with a mexican combo plate. Do you have good mexican food where you live?

I lost 45 lbs in 3 months by completely changing my diet and doing 30 min of cardio every day on my lunch break, instead of stuffing my face with crap. cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast, tuna/canned chicken for lunch, and usually some version of grilled chicken for dinner. ofcourse I still snack throughout the day on nuts, fruit, crackers, whatever. I had to basically starve myself at first but after 2 days i got used to it. now I eat prob half as much as I was before. the mentality that I adopted basically came down to this: eating a cheeseburger and fries and a jumbo dr pepper feels amazing for the 10 minutes it takes to consume it. eating right, not having gas, not having back pain, feeling like a trillion bucks, and getting noticed by women ALL DAY every day is better.

to your question yes I weigh myself every single day. I want to know every fluctuation.
