I Hate the BCS

If you can do 12, then you can do 16 and have no byes. I would do 8. No more than that.

Same here.

I would except 4 though. Anything is better than just giving 2 teams the opportunity.

NFL >>>>> College Football

Although if the NFL doesnt start doing something about this joke of officiating they have, they will soon lose fan interest as well.

I used to love college football and never missed hardly any games that were on TV, now its a joke. The game itself is becoming boring with all these spread offenses, and then there's this pathetic BCS system. Most of the bowls are horrendous matchups that arnt worth jack. Half filled stadiums seem to be the norm, and the matchups themselves are drab and redundent.

I honestly think that 8 is the perfect number. Realistically, no one outside the top 8 in NCAAF can run three games against these powerhouses.

You go 16, you open it up for teams like OSU who have proven they don't belong, though they're not a bad team.

You go 32, then you're opening it up for teams with as many as 5 losses.

If you can't make it into the top 8, so sad. Also most undefeateds can make it into the top 8 even outside of BCS conferences. Boise St. only didn't this year because there are so many one loss teams. This is a rare year.

I agree completely. Every word in fact.
