I have NFL Sunday Ticket, but the game is on a local channel (channel 5 here in Utah) so the game will not be on the Sunday Ticket. Well, the problem is that the owner of channel 5 canceled or somehow made it known to DirectTV that that channel will not be shown on DirectTV! Hence, I won't be able to see the game live! My lady cannot even watch her shows on that channel not going on 4 weeks now!

It will be re-broadcast on the NFLN channel but 5 hours later after the game which will be about 2 or 3 am in the freaking Monday morning! So, any suggestions on where or how to watch it live?

Freaking Channel 5...!!!!!!!!!!

I'll leave the front door unlocked. Just don't park in the yard. I'll clean the bathroom.

DirecTV has never shown the Sunday night games, they are nationally televised.

Along with your local channels, you should have a national NBC channel somewhere in your lineup (392 or 393 for me)

Where to though? Here in Utah they don't have a sports bar where the game is being played. Utah!

I did do a "search" on my DirectTV and it shows the game on a Spanish channel...so I will try and see if I can watch it there.

Hey! I'm over here in El Paso and I'll have it on my screen...
I also have a fridge dedicated to nothing but beers and booze. And 5 pounds of fresh beef jerky from the local dairy farms made just for me and the farmers...

Dude... I'm in the 915 too! Share the beef jerky wealth. Sounds amazing.

I'll give you old school advice. Cut an extension cord, strip one of the wires, plug it into the coax/antenna plug in your tv. Tape the other end to a window somewhere (don't plug it in lol) , go to settings on your tv and do a channel search. Your local Channel should show up.

Hey Bro!

Here is how you can get the game, and any other game, from any sport, at any time, LIVE!

1) Download Kodi - http://kodi.tv/download/

2) Once installed, follow this gents tutorial on how to set it up properly -

SportsDevil is the add-on that you're most interested in. (Which he mentions)

3) On Kodi's main screen, hover over "Videos". Click on sub-category "Add-ons" Scroll to and click on SportsDevil, Click on Live Sports, Choose a streaming method (The 1st option always works flawlessly for me) and navigate to whatever game your heart desires.

You can use this for any sport. If Lawn Darts is being televised in Zimbabwe, it's now in your living room as well.

I know it's not Directv, and I'd be pissed as well, but it's a viable alternative to get you through the 1st week.

Hope this helps. :)

If I'm not mistaken Sunday ticket do not show Sunday,Monday nor Thursday night games. Also if I'm following u you have direct TV local and satellite package. You may be able to watch it online on NBC. Or if you really needy try renting a room for that day that has a nice TV. I know there has to be a buffalo Wild Wings or pub etc out side your city radius. But a lot of times I know u have a foot friend that doesn't mind you setting with them.

That might be a good idea....thanks. Just hook those right to the TV?

I had this problem a couple of years ago with Time Warner. I purchased a cheap digital antenna that worked great.

You could hook it directly to the TV or some DVRs have an antenna input. You'll have to run the channel setup to be able to tune in the Antenna channels with either the TV or DVR.

Note: Old TVs that don't have digital receivers won't work because Over The Air broadcasts switched to all digital a few years ago.
