I have never been able to understand the lack of respect for Malik Davis

Malik Davis was, without a doubt, the most effective RBs to be utilized in the preseason game vs. the Seattle Seahawks, imho. I honestly believe that it would be remiss if he weren't considered a good candidate for the #2 RB spot as a result of that performance. I'm certain we'll see more of him in the preseason games yet to be played. I believe it's obvious that his performance deserves very serious consideration for that #2 RB spot in the upcoming regular season. We'll see if it actually happens.

It does seem that he is good at everything. Rushing, blocking and playing ST.

Having said that, no other teams seems to want him because he gets exposed to waivers every year.

Teams tend to make final roster decisions based on who they think will or will not get claimed.
- The Cowboys probably assume that Davis will not get claimed and can be put on the practice squad to start the season.

Izzy is just better than Davis.
